Completely renovated in September 2018, the apartment is located in the southern district of Aachen. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house. A separate entrance leads to the apartment. The Morillenhang is a 30km / h zone and is located in a green district. Behind the house is a water reserve, which guarantees peace. In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, bakers, hairdressers, pharmacy, opticians a florist and various restaurants. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a spacious wardrobe, flat screen TV and a balcony with seating. In the second bedroom there is a sleeping coach, a wardrobe and a PC workstation. The bright and spacious living area is equipped with a feel-good sofa, flat-screen TV, radio, CD player, PC workstation and balcony with seating. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a dining table with 4 chairs and also a balcony. The fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, Nespresso machine and radio. The modern bathroom with toilet, shower, hairdryer, bath and towels, bathrobes and radio leaves nothing to be desired. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet. The apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron. Towels and bed linen are included. The entire apartment, except for bathroom and guest toilet are designed with a designer vinyl floor. Private parking at the house. A garage can be rented on request.

This home was even nicer than the listing! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The neighborhood was very family friendly - there is a grocery store nearby and the very nice Westpark within easy walking distance. We walked into the city center each day with no problem. Helmut was very responsive and helpful in our communication. We would definitely stay here again when in Aachen!

Beautiful, spacious apartment with everything you need

We enjoyed our stay very much in this very beautifully decorated, and well equiped apartment. It is spacious,and stylish, and has a well stocked kitchen. The beds were also super comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee overlooking a beautiful garden and park. There is a grocery store near by, and it was easy walking distance to the old town. The thoughtful little touches like the bowl of treats, the chilled wine, the bathrobes etc. were all a very nice touch to welcome us to Aachen.

A wonderful stay in Aachen

This apartment was amazing! Helmut had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. We arrived very late and he popped out as soon as we got there to help with whatever we might need. He is a very kind man and wanted to make our stay as good as possible. We slept better here than anywhere else we had been on our trip. The bed is comfortable, the blinds block out the light, and it is a very quiet neighborhood. We loved looking out over his beautiful yard too. Thank you, Helmut, for all of your efforts to make our stay a memorable one!

Wonderful property

Wonderful, spacious and extremely well maintained property. Extremely gracious host, who was immediately responsive to queries through VRBO during our stay. House is the upper level of a 2-story building, with its own separate entrance. On a quiet, suburban/urban-adjacent street across the street from a hospital. Short walk from a supermarket, and from a small award-winning bakery/cafe. A walking /biking path through a wooded area runs just behind the property. We were in town from the US for a family heading; the space provided a welcome respite between activities; we had a wonderful time.

Wir sind seit zwei Tagen wieder zu Hause und vermissen den Urlaub bereits. Die Wohnung war wunderschön! Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlt wirklich nichts. Auf den Balkonen zum Garten raus fühlt es sich nicht so an als sei man in der Stadt und doch ist diese in wenigen Minuten fußläufig oder auch mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Die Gegend rund um Aachen ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Egal ob Wandern, Fahrrad fahren oder Fahrten in umliegende Städte; alles ist möglich.Vielen Dank an die Vermieter, die mit netten Kleinigkeiten in der Wohnung oder einem Gespräch zwischendurch den Urlaub positiv beeinflusst haben.Wir empfehlen die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter!

rundum gelungener Kurzurlaub

Wir haben den Kurzurlaub und den Aufenthalt in Aachen sehr genossen. Dazu hat auch diese tolle Ferienwohnung beigetragen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und die Kommunikation war top. Begeistert hat uns die Sauberkeit dieser Wohnung. Die Ausstattung war perfekt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. - Wenn wir noch einmal nach Aachen kommen, werden wir diese Adresse in jedem Fall wieder ansteuern.

Besser geht es kaum!

Wir machen Urlaube grundsätzlich in Ferienhäusern, nur ab und zu auch mal in einer Ferienwohnung. Und für einen Städtetrip haben wir uns für diese Wohnung entschieden. Was gleich auffällt:Hier wurden nicht Omas Möbel aus dem Keller zusammengesucht, nein diese Wohnung war einfach top ausgestattet. Auch die Qualität ist einfach sehr gut, angefangen von der Miele-Küchenausstattung bis hin zum Besteck. Betten, Couchausstattung usw. (sogar 3 gute Fernseher) hier gibt es nichts zu meckern. Ich könnte noch viel schreiben, empfehle aber: Einfach mal mieten, es lohnt sich. Vermieter wohnt im EG des 2-Familienhauses, die Wohnung dann im OG. Ach so, wem ein Balkon nicht reicht, hier gibt es gleich 4!

excellents séjours en juillet 2021 et septembre 2022 . Ce grand appartement est très bien situé : la forêt pour des randonnées et le centre historique sont accessibles en 15 à 20 minutes à pied et les prestations de haut niveau valent le prix demandé .

Perfekter Kurzurlaub

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und es fehlt an nichts, die Küchenausstattung ist fantastisch. Die Innenstadt (Markt, Rathaus, Dom) ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und trotzdem ist die Lage herrlich ruhig. Es gibt 3 Balkone, so dass man immer ein Sonnenplätzchen findet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Very convenient

The weather was hot, but we could sleep with the balcany doors open, so that was no problem. The rooms were spacious and the furniture comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with modern appliances that caused some problems for an oldfashioned housewife. A simple written information would help. We will hopefully return later.

Die Lage, der Schnitt der Wohnung, die Sauberkeit inkl. Hygienemassnahmen, die Ausstattung, ... sind nur schwer zu toppen. Es waren 5 schöne und komfortable Tage im Aachener Südviertel.

Kraaknet, smaakvol ingericht appartement met grote terrassen. Ideaal gelegen: vlakbij het centrum én de natuur. Supermarkt, apotheek,... op wandelafstand. Vriendelijke gastheer. In 2 woorden: ABSOLUTE AANRADER!!

Die großzügige Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet auf Grund der komfortablen Ausstattung zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten. Sie entspricht nach Ausstattung und Lage zu 100% der Beschreibung in der Anzeige. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns mit diversen Aufmerksamkeiten verwöhnt. Hilfreich waren Ihre Tipps zu Restaurants und Ausflugszielen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
