Casa Strands is one of two Stay Coastal properties located in this well-appointed community complete with a heated pool, hot tub, and EV charging. Casa Strands has been newly remodeled and appointed in a clean coastal elegance style. This two bedroom unit sleeps up to 4 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a built-in wall unit with plenty of storage, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two single beds, and a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have direct access to the rear private patio complete with a fire pit. There are two full baths with beautiful granite countertops, one with a bathtub and the other has an oversized shower.

The kitchen is fully appointed with all new appliances, kitchenware, and amenities. It is also located next to the rear patio with access from the sliding glass door.

The living areas are decorated with coastal accents and comfortable furnishings. Smart tv’s and locks provide the latest in home technology. The front patio includes a soothing fountain and seating area.
