We prefer Long term rental for 31 days or longer for this gorgeous 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms , 2car garage, pool table set, located in the heart of the premier south east of Las Vegas just minutes away from the strip, 2 miles from South Point Casino and 1/2 a mile from the M Resort w casinos and restaurants. Quick access to 215 and I -15 freeway and McCarran Airport.
In consideration of our neighbors, no parties or group gatherings other than registered Guests , NO NOISY VEHICLES such as motorcycles, absolutely no smoking inside the house shall occur on or near property.
Disturbance to neighborhoods will be evicted immediately without refund.
Surveillance camera installed to check who’s entering the property to ensure that renters are compliant with house rules.
