Summary:

Welcome home! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located North Winton Village cozy 3 bedroom. One King and two queen bedrooms, free off street parking with free laundry and central AC. A short walk to restaurants, comedy clubs, bars and bowling/socializing at Radio Social. A short drive to anywhere in Rochester! We do not allow local guests. Our property is available to international traveler’s as well as out of town guests.



The Neighborhood:

North Winton Village is a hot and desirable Rochester neighborhood. Its located around Winton road North of the city of Rochester. Good walkable streets, restaurants, bars etc.



Getting Around:

Parking in the driveway. Everything is just a short walk or drive away.

Our stay in Rochester was disappointing. Check-in was delayed twice. On a busier road than expected but had to keep the windows open anyway because the upstairs AC was poor. Living room was nice for World Cup viewing.

Very clean, easy access to the house. Not a ton of rules to check out. Communication was great. My only constructive feedback would be to add some forks (only two in the drawer), and a few more pillows so people have options. We woke up with sore necks. Not reflecting this in my 5-star review because it was minor. Appreciate the great price-point and nice safe/quiet neighborhood.

Clean house. Good neighborhood. Down the street from a park that also has a splash pad area; sadly our itinerary didn’t allow us to take advantage of that but what a great option if you travel with kids like we do!

Cozy stay in central city

We came to visit long distance family and see the sights and this place had really helpful amenities like a washer and dryer so we could pack light and enough beds to keep my sister and I and our families. 3 adults and 4 kids! We enjoyed crashing on the couch after a long day digging fossils in the Buffalo area and going to Niagara falls. We were close to plenty of highway access and city convenience. The area felt safe but still so close to family and stores. We had a great time and we would definitely stay again. Very clean! The stairs are a little steep so we had to mind the small children but we didn't mind.
