Lakewood Gem

Property is a very clean 2 bedroom; the kitchen, bath and living areas are big. Easy access to I70, Colfax and 6th ave. Anna is a great host and we will definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

House was immaculate! Very clean and had everything we needed for our fairly short stay (3 nights). It was a great 'home base' for getting to Golden (college drop off at Mines) and RMNP. We didn't use all the amenities and barely cooked during our stay. But we enjoyed watching the Olympics on the BIG tv and we also made good use of the washer/dryer as we had bought new sheets for our college-bound kid and it was nice to give them a preliminary wash. Anna was a terrific host!

Cleaning and staging my rentals is something I take pride in, and I always personally prepare each listing before guests check in. It also helps me identify amenities to boost or add for future stays, including repeat guests, which I am fortunate to have many of. All my listings are centrally located, making it easy for guests to reach nearby cities, necessities, and local attractions. I’m also close to the Wadsworth Blvd light rail station, which is convenient for NREL interns needing to get to Golden for work. I’m glad you enjoyed some of the amenities I provide, like the 75” wall-mounted Sony TV, which enhances the viewing experience and fills the large living room space. I’m also pleased you used the washer/dryer and starter supplies during your stay. With family now nearby at the School of Mines, I hope you’ll consider staying at any of my listings again.
