Everything was as described. Good, clean kitchen. Really appreciated the milk whipper. Super quiet at night but close to Freret action, so the area felt safe. Paul was very responsive and offered really useful advice on parking close to French Quarter. AC worked great, bathroom felt roomy and upscale. A great stay.

Great location with several local places to eat and drink. There is a bus stop within a block or so, so if you use public transportation, it's super convenient, too. The accommodations were perfect for my stay. Paul was great to deal with and responded promptly when I had questions.

I had a great experience with this rental. It is exactly as described. Communication was excellent with the host and check in was super easy. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Plenty of street parking. I was able to park right in front of the house. I door-dashed from Rouses easily and was able to relax comfortably after a long day roaming the French Quarter. Very nice sized bathroom and great shower. The bed was comfortable too. I would definitely book again!!

Wonderful stay!

Highly recommend this place, great communication from owner, excellent location with restaurants walkable right nearby, vibrant Freret street 1 block away, comfortable bed, everything you need! Modern and comfortable, just a 20 minute walk to Tulane campus.

Perfect Stay

This was a perfect place for us. Just big enough and close to everywhere we would want to go. It was so nice and cute. We will definitely stay here again and Paul was extremely attentive and responsive.
