3 Bedroom, 4 Bath A Few Feet From The Beach!

Have a wonderful get away in this beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo with its own private courtyard - within steps of Water Bay Beach. Expanded floor plan provides more space than other units, with custom made mahogany cabinetry throughout. Two bedrooms have their own private entrances onto a separate courtyard.

Pineapple Village is surrounded by the Margaritaville Vacation Club by Wyndham. This is the flagship Margaritaville branded Wyndham location in the world. You will have access to the beach and the popular Jimmy Buffet themed Margaritaville restaurant & the Land Shark Bar. There is no access to the 5 O'Clock Somewhere Bar, the pool or beach chairs. The condominium has its own pool and we provide chairs for the beach.

Great stay in pineapple village

We had a great week at pineapple village. We had only one issue with one of the AC units and Jennifer got in right away to look at it and provided some additional fans to ensure our comfort. Everything was exactly as described and the location is great with some walka le places and lots of restaurants and beaches a short taxi or drive a way. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone. Jennifer was very attentive and a great host.

Great Family Vacation!

We brought our adult children on a family vacation - the property offered plenty of space for all of us (each bedroom has private bath which was terrific), great outdoor space and gorgeous lanscaping on overall property. The location was so convenient to the St John Ferry and gorgeous beaches. Some amenities that make this a fantastic spot include: ice maker, beach gear, snorkle gear, washer and dryer, red wagon to carry stuff, stocked kitchen, beach towels, and comfortable beds! Everyone had a great time and loved this spot - thank you!!

Home is spacious and beautiful, both indoors and the wonderful courtyards. Had everything we needed and then some. Location is terrific. Pool is perfect temperature and super clean. Very safe complex. Easy walk to restaurants and beaches - even to local supermarket. Kids loved seeing the chickens and iguanas! Host answered all questions immediately. Highly recommend.

The best home to rent in Saint Thomas

My family and I visited Saint Thomas for the first time and we are so glad we rented Jennifer’s place! The villa was amazing in many ways it is big, clean and Jennifer had everything we needed. Also the best location next to the beach. We will definitely visit Saint Thomas and stay at her house :)

Perfect for families, excellent host

Stayed at the house for about a week. House was perfect for our family of 5. Close to Coki beach (10 mins walk) which is an excellent beach and shared pool just around corner of house. House is in driving distance of most beaches and many restaurants (15 mins). Very nice also that house is right next to Margaritaville which means you have all day restaurant and bar just around corner from house and no driving needed. House well equipped. Host is very responsive and clear in all instructions. She helped us to find a private chef to come to the house and cook for us. The house has the perfect setup for cooking and we all had a great evening.

Jennifer's listing is simply put unequivocally amazing. If you are looking for an updated property with encapsulated outside courtyard entertainment and outdoor cooking space with a 5 star hotel feel, this is it. Island paradise

From before our stay all the way to the last day tjere was open communications between us and the host. Any questions about local activities, down to theblocal markets was shared with us. If the condo didnt have it, they made sure ot was abailable for us when we arrived. I travel very often and this has by far has been top 3 experience.

Loved Loved Loved This Villa!!!

My family and I loved everything about this villa! Villa was exactly as listed! Lovely decor, clean, and spacious! The villa had everything we needed and more! Ice maker, stocked kitchen, beach chairs, snorkel gear, and washer/dryer. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Loved the comfortable outdoor space where we hung out at night and played games. Even though we didn't use it, the barbeque area/equipment was very very nice! The location was in closed proximity to Red Hook; where there are plenty restaurants and things to do. Easy access to taxis. The communication with our host, Jennifer, was wonderful and nice. She was very responsive to any questions we had. Jennifer provided detailed directions and recommendations for our whole trip. Jennifer you are wonderful and when we come back to the area we are definitely staying at this villa again!

Fabulous Family Vacation

Our family loved staying in this villa in Pineapple Village. Easy walking to the beach, a few restaurants and very convenient taxi pickup at the resort. Pool area was very nice even though we spent nearly all of our time at the beach! Beach chairs, snorkeling gear and floats all provided by our hosts as a bonus! Even a wagon to help haul groceries and beach gear!!The common areas at this property was fantastic. We enjoyed morning coffees, evening bbq dinners and late night conversations on the private patio. The retractable awning was a life saver to the hot morning and afternoon sun. The air conditioning in the bedrooms made sleeping fantastic! Our age range was 20-72 and while we didn’t need it I saw several items for small children (high chair, pack ‘n play). We didn’t have any issues, but had a few questions in our host was extremely responsive! Highly recommend this property for your vacation!

Didn't see any bathroom at pool, lot of towels were stained, doors to bathroom need work one of the doors lock is broken and drives you crazy cuz not staying closed ,toilet paper holder broken,water to master bedroom took about 10 min to get and you stand in your water while showering hot water, almost no hot water Flow in master, microwave had issues,it worked but nothing else did, umbrella pole missing umbrella, should get reid of what's broken,fyi i did maintenance my whole life so this stuff bothers me probably more than others worked

Our experience with Jennifer the host and her villa was absolutely the best. I reached out to Jennifer a couple of days before our trip and not only did she respond right away, she went above and beyond with suggestions, tips and advices. The communication was great throughout our 5 day stay if we ever had any questions. The villa is absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it any justice. There was 6 of us and there was plenty of room to get away from eachother if we ever got on one another's nerves. Lol Overall, my daughter had amazing time for her birthday and we will definitely be recommending this villa to everyone! I cannot thank you enough Jennifer for everything!

Simply Amazing

I'll start with this: there were five of us and each of the other guests were so impressed with Jennifer/property management and the home they wanted to write their own reviews. Communication and access were flawless. Jennifer is personable, available, and there if you need her without being invasive. When she found out our group liked mangos, she made sure we had fresh ones! The house is beautiful and very private although in a larger community of villas. There are nice personal touches in each room, but just enough and not too much. There was nothing we needed (besides our own groceries and refreshments) that weren't already there. On our last day, we elected to hangout at the pool on the property --- absolutely clean and refreshing with everything you need should you wish to wind down from the island/beach experience before transitioning back to travel mode. Villa, property management, communication, details, location, access - all excellent! I've done VRBO dozens of times all over the world, this property is a standout. The hospitality was first class.

BEST VACATION HOME EVER!!!

If you are looking for a beautiful property to stay in Saint Thomas, look no further!!! Judging from the pictures this is already a beautiful house but when we arrived the pictures did it no justice. Our check in process was very easy as a property manager Toni Called and gave us instructions for leaving the airport and arriving to the property. We booked this house for my mothers 50th birthday vacation however our group of 7 was unable to come due to other reasons so it ended up being just the two of us. The house is super spacious and clean. There was more than enough towels, rags, etc. Some of my favorite things about the home was the outside living area(GRILL WORKS AMAZING), the ice machine and the AIR CONDITIONER(which you can turn on for a second and cut back off and the home stays cool). During our stay the island lost power a few times but we did not as Mrs. Jennifer (the owner) has a generator on the house. I tell you what the house was so perfect we almost didn’t mind not leaving the house lol, but here’s a few things around the property. There is a beach(Coki) that is a 6 minute walk from the house( you can also catch a free shuttle), we Absolutely enjoyed that beach. The property is about a 4 to 6 dollar taxi ride just about anywhere you would like to go as it’s conveniently located next to redHook. We also put Groceries in the house as we stayed for a week there is a wagon for you to use to tote your groceries from the taxi( I just love how they thought out every little detail of what you might need). The host Mrs. JENNIFER Surprised my mother with chocolate, champagne and a Birthday card as she heard the news of our guest not making it( sweetest gesture and it truly made our trip). Mrs. Jennifer was just a call or text away for any questions or concerns(like how to turn on the tv lol) we had, with a smile on her face. We travel a lot and I can truly say this was the BEST VACATION HOME/EXPERIENCE EVER. Thank you To our AMAZING HOST MRS.JENNIFER FOR EVERYTHING, We will always book this villa. Side note: my mother left a few items MRS. JENNIFER went out of her way to ship the items to her 💜
