Top Lage in Dresden..

Top Lage nahe allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, mehere Straßenbahnen und Bahnhof Neustadt 2-3 min zu Fuß, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Tür. Sehr nette Vermieterin und alles einfach erklärt. Große Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Wir kommen sicher im Sommer nochmal wieder.

Very big flat near the newtown

We felt very well to stay in this flat. It is big and comfortable, the position is very good (near the newtown) and you can reach also the oldtown quickly. The flat was clean, there were many towels for all the guests and all the stuff, that you need when you're away. The only thing that we missed was the hairdryer. I would recommend a stay here to everyone.

Für uns perfekt.

Für unsere Familie war das Objekt perfekt, da wir vor allem etwas brauchten, um fußläufig in der Nähe des Albertplatzes zu sein. Solche Unterkünfte sind in der Neustadt eher Mangelware. Spielplatz, Straßenbahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man muss allerdings bedenken, dass man fast direkt neben den Bahngleisen schläft (aber es gibt gut isolierende Fenster!) und auch die Umgebung nicht sehr einladend ist. Dafür hat man ejne top eingerichtete und großzügige FeWo mitten in Dresden und ist ruckzuck in Alt- oder Neustadt :o)
