Property is in need of a deep clean and a maintenance staff that actually cares about it or its guests.Overall home appeared to have the amenities described. Self check in was easy. The town is cute and quite in the off season but the homes are right on top of each other so the neighbors around were easy to hear. Most businesses (grocery/restaurants) had limited hours which made executing our daily plans in Zion/Bryce difficult. Just something to be aware of.
We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin in Duck Creek Village! The cabin itself was beautiful, cozy, and incredibly relaxing. One of our favorite parts was sitting by the firepit at night and stargazing. The skies out there are absolutely amazing and made the whole trip feel peaceful and unforgettable. The hot tub was another huge highlight and the perfect way to unwind after a long dayof hiking nearby. We also really enjoyed the loft area. It was great for watching movies at night, and during the day it had wonderful natural lighting that made it the perfect place to sit and read.Overall, the cabin was exactly what we were looking for and we would definitely stay again. The only thing future guests should know is that the town and roads leading to the cabin are unpaved and can be rough. I strongly recommend having a sturdy vehicle, even during the summer months, as a normal sedan may struggle on some of the roads. During winter, 4-wheel drive is absolutely necessary or you likely won’t be able to get around safely. That said, the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful scenery, and relaxing cabin experience made the trip completely worth it!
Beautiful Location. Plenty of sleeping space, comfortable beds, a little kitchen. The driveway is shared with #495 which we finally discovered. Over all, it was a great stay and just what we needed to recharge after days of hiking.
The kids really enjoyed all the extras this cabin had to offer- jacuzzi, movie loft, and fire pit.
The house was well stocked with necessities, clean, and decorated very cute. We would definitely stay here again
This was a very small cabin-y feeling place. It definitely had enough beds for our group, but the living areas were a little cramped for 8 people. Kind of bare bones as far as supplies go…not an over abundance of plates, cups, silverware. If you are a coffee drinker, be prepared…at least when we were there, there was mostly tea for the keurig and a couple flavored coffees, no regular coffee maker. Another other issue was that the hot tub didn’t seem to be clean, very smelly and cloudy, and the control buttons didn’t work. One last warning…the listing was not clear that the driveway to access the house is very steep and gravel. We had AWD and definitely had to use it even with no snow or ice. That was not communicated until we received the entrance instructions on the day of our stay. The owner was very responsive though and will hopefully fix these issues for future stays.
We had the pleasure of staying in Duck Creek at the “Cozy Coyote” and could not be happier nor more impressed. From booking to check in/out to the actual property was very enjoyable. The owner was great in every way and we had a exceptional time. I can’t say enough great things about this place!!
We loved the quiet location and home base to return to after touring local national parks. Great spot for teens and kids to all find their own spot! The neighborhood street’s definitely required four wheel drive and an experienced driver.
The cabin had plenty of space for our family of four adults. Peaceful setting and convenient location midway between Zion and Bryce. It was nice to come home to the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Blake was always quick to respond and very helpful.

Thanks Beth, we would love to have you back anytime!
Duck creek Village is lovely and the property was exactly as described. We enjoyed the deck and the beds were comfortable especially after a long day of exploring the National Parks. We were very disappointed that the hot tub and the outdoor space heater were not fully operational during our stay. The hot tub was a big reason we chose this specific property. The property manager did refund us some money but would’ve preferred a safe and working hot tub.
Nice cabin. Had a great selection of K-Cups for the morning coffee.
It is a little hard to find as the house number is up the hill from the street so plan accordingly if coming in after dark. The driveway is very steep so a 4 wheel drive vehicle is very helpful.
Hot tub was great.
Thanks for the great stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this cabin. It had pretty much all basics for the kitchen. Plenty of room and beds to sleep. The entrance is a little tricky because its shareable with another cabin. The entrance driveway is very steep. 4x4 would be a must for the winter, but its Ok for the summer and if its dry. We did not use a hot tub but its a nice addition especially in the winter. A movie loft was great for the kids. They really loved it. Overall, we would definitely stay there again.
Great cabin. It has a lot of beds and sleeping area but the common areas are pretty tight, including the deck out front. If you plan on being at the cabin a lot, you might be cramped. The kitchen is very small but had everything we needed. We were disappointed that we couldn't have a fire in the fire pit because of the fire restrictions but understandable. The hot tub was dirty but the host had someone come maintenance it right away when I let him know. Blake was a great host. Great little cabin. We saw lots of chipmunks, squirrels and blue jays, a beautiful hawk landed right out back, we even saw some deer.
Family stayed at the cabin to celebrate my son’s 29th bday. Cabin was clean and very comfortable. We grilled burgers and was able to use the fire pit at least for 30 minutes because it started raining. We really enjoyed the hot tub since we were there to fish but the weather was pretty bad so we had to stay in most of the time. Cabin is on great location has all you need bedrooms are super comfortable. Definitely need a 4x4 drive specially with bad weather. Still had a great time!

A beautiful cabin and trip
Came for fishing trip in summer, location beautiful - vibes were immaculate. Host was extremely easy to contact and quick to answer my questions. Wonderful price and beautiful property. Negatives:There was a warning 10 hour before check in sent by host about driveway may require 4x4 car - it definitely is needed and I feel should be warned prior to booking.Lots of mice in cabin and open crawl spaces (ex. Below stove foot wide gap in wood they would crawl in.) Cabin was borderline too warm for comfort initially, host did answer quick about a spare AC unit in laundry room.Grill propane tank was empty, but spare was in heating lamp.

Hey Thomas, I am glad that you enjoyed your stay! Before you book there is a notice that says 4X4 is recommended. The second message is just a reminder a day before. I didn't hear any complaints of mice during your stay. I would have sent someone up to take care of it for you. We have not had any issues with mice.
Suzanne, you broke a window during your stay. I know you're mad about us asking for you to cover the cost (which you refused) but leaving a 1 star review, lying about bedding quality, and privately telling me you hope our VRBO business fails is not the right way to handle the situation.
We enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Coyote! We have been hiking in the area and this was a great place to rest and soak our tired bodies in the hot tub! My husband spotted wildlife walking around outside (mule deer) which he loved. Everything we needed was there—basic ingredients, condiments and lots of types of Keurig coffee and creamers! We only used the main bedroom but there is so much more room for lots of people to stay. We never got to use the music projector since we focused on the hot tub. VERY impressed with the fancy “stamped” toilet paper!!! The driveway is steep, but we were forewarned about that. We had a 4 WD vehicle. Double check road directions to the house, our WAZE wanted us to drive up an ATV trail. Just check maybe Google maps as well. Overall it was a nice place to stay!!!

Great Cabin in nice location, needs some additions
Great cabin, very responsive owner, excellent neighborhood with wonderful views, easy drives to Zion and Bryce National Parks. House was clean and beds comfy! BUT... House hard to find, house shares a driveway with neighbor, needs to have house's number 505 clearly marked from road so that renters and emergency vehicles (God forbid!) can locate. Kitchen needs updated pots and pans, food prep knives (only a few cheap "steak knives"), instructions for Air Fryer/ Convection Oven Combo machine, a drip coffee maker and appropriate selection of pods for Keurig ( regular and decaf), regular drinking glasses, not just plastic. Hot tub is only set to 103 degrees, not very hot for a hot tub. Dishes and wine glasses are good. Bathrooms are well equipped with towels, etc. Washer and Dryer- no problems.

Elizabeth, the cabin currently has an emergency house address sign, it is highly reflective and visible from the driveway. The old one vanished with the harsh winter we had. I'm sorry you felt the kitchen utensils are not adequate. They are less than a year old. The instructions are in a drawer next to the air fryer for reference. We have a wide range of kcups that include regular and decaf options. If there was something specific you wanted I would have been more than happy to accommodate. 103 for a hot tub is actually very hot considering the hottest temperature legally allowed for a hot tub to go is 104 degrees.
