The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave all dishes clean. Dishwasher should be empty. Lock doors but not screen doors. Return key to front door key box
Double check for your belongings (we can't assume the task of mailing left items). Remove food in frig.
Put out garbage evening before so as not to miss the early morning pick up
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Coastal bank stairs and use of sports items in the garage can be used-at your own risk. Owners not liable. Return items to its place, cleaned.
All garbage in frig and house must be removed and put out for garbage pick up early Saturday. Before departure
