The space
The house provides an incredible 4-bedroom space to fit an entire family, or two. The fully equipped kitchen has custom granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances to make your cooking experience a breeze. With 4 bedrooms featuring beds from king to twin sizes, you are sure to find the right size for your comfort and everyone else's. The additional game room features a sleep sofa to add extra comfort for your stay. The lanai consists of plenty space to relax and unwind with lounge chairs or in the pool to take a break from the Florida heat. Whether you stay for 1 night or 100 nights, this home will be your perfect getaway!

I wanted to let you know that we are offering the use of the Weber barbecue grill for a fee. If you're interested, please let me know so we can set it out for you. It'll be $50 ($25/grill use and $25 cleaning). If you clean the grill yourself, please let us know so we can refund the $25. Thank you for your understanding.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out time: 11:00am. Door code will not work 1 hour after checkout time. There will be a $35 fee to request the property manager to come give you access after 12 pm. Thanks for your understanding.
Remember to rinse the dirty dishes and put them in the dishwasher, add the dish capsule and run the load. Don't leave any dishes in the sink. Start the dishwasher using the quick wash setting
Place all used towels on the laundry room floor. Bring out all trash and put them in the trash container outside. If check out on Monday, roll the bin(s) to the curb for pick up Tuesday morning.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please drink responsibly. We'll charge $300-500 fee if there is damage related to alcoholic consumption or parties.

Wonderful stay, very enjoyable. Great place to spread out and relax. Pool was a tiny bit cold but refreshing compared to heat outside. Definitely suggest a staying again.

Amazing stay! 10/10We have rented from dozens of places from all over Florida and this will be in our top 3% for sure. We always deal with bugs or the slowest internet on the planet when usually staying here (in FL) and even in the more costly places, but this one has been the best. The Internet is insanely fast, which was very nice as I had to work (on my computer/PS5) some while staying. No bug problems whatsoever and the pool was very nice. After some nasty storms and extreme heat, the pool started turning green, but they came asap to clean it up and make it look a pretty clear blue again.It is a very nice and quiet neighborhood overall. Only a far off train came through now and then, but we just bought a fan to cover the noise... which we usually get anyways to sleep.All around, would def stay again!

We had a wonderful time property owner was very prompt in responding to a few mishap or issues when it came to the property but overall we had a great time. Home was clean property had every thing needed for a large family to enjoy their stay. Wildflower escape

This house is exactly as they describe, it’s clean, has everything you will need for your stay, and the owners are the best, they will respond to any question you have almost immediately. My family and grandchildren had a great time in the pool, it is quiet and such a relaxing setting. We were there for a month, it really felt like a home , so glad we came

The house was very clean and well appointed. Location was close to golf courses and amenities such as stores and restaurants. Only complaint would be outdoor furniture was lacking cushions which made them quite uncomfortable.

Wonderful home and absolutely perfect

This house was wonderful!!! The kitchen has everything that you need to cook meals, and i mean everything. The house was spacious and very clean. The bonus room was great and my daughters loved the lounging in the giant bean bag. This house has everything you need, stay here and you will love it!

Relaxing month of March in the sunshine

Very nice house. Great location if you want to take advantage of Disney, Universal, etc. Proximity to these venues is excellent. Orlando and it's surrounding cities are very busy with high volumes of traffic. There are no bike paths nearby but we were still able to go for long rides using sidewalks and some bike lanes on roadways.

And if you enjoy zip lining, there is an Orlando Tree Trek that is only 10 minutes away. Or if you're the type who would enjoy a clear 74 degree swimming stream, there are many springs north of the property that I think you and your family will love.
