Thee Bedrooms, two Bathrooms. Den with desk, printer and wifi. Two car Garage. Large Driveway. Kitchen with double oven, stove top, dishwasher, food disposal, wine refrigerator.
Fire place and tv in Living Room.
Beautiful Deed restricted walking community with five lakes, Tennis courts, Two heated pools with Club Houses, Exercise equipment etc. lots of wildlife here….the not so scary kind.
Please help turtles crossing from one lake to the next.

Fabulous place, exceptional hostess!

The house is so large and comfortable, CLEAN and lovely, with every possible amenity (personal items, cooking needs, huge lanai with fire pit (!), high-tech offerings, COMFY beds -- too many great things to list here. Combined with the accommodating and gracious hostess, it is the nicest place we've ever stayed. Had fun riding the like-new bikes in the lovely quiet neighborhood. Very central convenient location. Thank you Janette!

The house was fantastic just as the photos. Janette was great she and her husband came and explained how to use the TV, the gas fire place, BBQ, and the fire pit. It was well equipped couldn’t want more. We came to Florida for the beac unfortunately they had red tide, bad for respiratory so we used the heated pool. All in all it was great would love to do it again next year

I love the Beaches and relaxed lifestyle on the West Coast of Florida and these days am trying to learn Golf (not sure if I will be successful.)

Why they chose this property

I love the Home and the neighborhood that you see here and don't wish to sell so I have decided to offer it for rent.
I love the location also, situated between the Beaches and the Highway.
10-15 min to Downtown, Beaches etc.

What makes this property unique

The Neighborhood is very charming with tall cottontail trees and 5 small lakes ( you may call them Ponds. Mix of young families and older residents.
A walkable community with a new beautiful bicycle trail close by.
