We showed up late at night, and our host answered the phone and helped us get in the house, since I didn’t have no signal for internet, great host and the house was excellent!

Our stay was wonderful. Stephen was very helpful and attentive when we needed assistance. The property is beautiful and my girls had a blast with the gaming table downstairs. I highly recommend staying here as the view was amazing! We even got to see a few bears!

Thank you, Amy! So glad you and the girls had a blast. The gaming table is always a hit! And bears?! That's always a special treat. Love the photos and hope to host you all again soon!
We loved our time here. The back deck and view are beautiful! We enjoyed our coffee and breakfast on the deck in the morning and dinner, drinks and sunsets on the deck at night! The stairs to the basement are a little scary and we could hear everything that was happening on the 2nd floor… but other than that it was great!

Thank you, Liz! Love hearing you made the most of that deck; mornings with coffee and evenings with sunsets sounds like the perfect stay. We appreciate the feedback on the stairs and noise and will keep that in mind. Hope to host you again!
The cabin is in a great location. Access to the Smoky Mountains was within 30 minutes. The view is spectacular. Wonderful sunsets. My only complaint is a sofa bed downstairs, thin mattress, and we couldn’t get it to lay flat.

The downstairs needs a very good cleaning. Pet stains were very visible on carpet.

Thank you for the feedback, Ricky. We sincerely apologize for the condition of the downstairs; that is not the standard we hold ourselves to. We are addressing the carpet immediately. We hope to have the chance to make it right.
Loved the property and Stephen was super attentive and helpful with any questions we had. The Mountain View was amazing and felt soo comfortable in the home. The kids loved having their own space each night and the game room was a hit! We will definitely be back.

Thank you, Robert! I’m so glad everything met your expectations and that you enjoyed the views and easy check-in. Love hearing it felt like a home away from home. I would be happy to host you again anytime!
Foothills Lodge was spacious enough for the 8 of us with room for more people to sleep in the game room. It could use a good deep cleaning, but the surface was good enough. Our "start up supplies" was lacking hand soap in bathrooms; one bathroom didn't have any and the other two had a couple pumps. We needed to buy some. Plenty of kitchen supplies available. The view from the deck was beautiful just don't look at the garbage laying around the ground, probably from bears, but someone should clean it up. We enjoyed the hot tub and the game room. Pigeon Forge was close by as well as Cades Cove, where we spotted one bear. All in all, we had a great time.

Thank you, Marie! So glad the group had a great time and got to enjoy the hot tub, game room, and that view. We appreciate the honest feedback on the cleaning and supplies. We're addressing both to make sure the next guests have everything they need from the start. A bear sighting at Cades Cove is always a bonus! Hope to host you all again.
We had a nice stay. The views were of the foothills so not as grand like I stayed out before where there were views of the top of the mountains. The sunset was beautiful however. Host was wonderful to work with. My only suggestion is to take the carpet out downstairs. It seems previous guest used this area to keep there pets when they were out.

Amazing view!! Kids loved the hot tub and games. The adults enjoyed the bears that visited us and the pool table. The cabin is beautiful but REALLY needs a good deep cleaning, has potential the be 5 stars if it was clean. Overall we all enjoyed our stay.
