Centrally located on the 7mile beach corridor and just across the street from the world famous Seven Mile Beach, this 3 bedroom condo is also within walking distance to the Ritz Carlton (6min) and cool hotels like Palm Heights (9min), restaurants like Tillies located at Palm Heights, Ragazzi (9min), Island Naturals (1min), shops and bars at Camana Bay. No rental car needed if you stay at this property.

Fully stocked kitchen allows for a night in to cook your own culinary delights. Appliances include a full size stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. Bring your own refillable water bottle as there is filtered water in the kitchen to save you on purchasing bottled water :) Games table with Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Pool and Foosball!

***SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Master bedroom downstairs can sleep up to 2 people / two bedrooms upstairs can each sleep up to 2 people per room / two sofa beds can sleep up to 2 people on each sofa bed***

While the property doesn’t have a pool, you won’t miss it—Seven Mile Beach is just across the street! The condo is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a perfect beach day: foldable chairs, a cooler, umbrella, and other beach goodies. A convenient foldable wagon makes it easy to transport your gear, so you can focus on soaking up the sun and enjoying the turquoise waters.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
I try to accommodate all guests during the "purgatory period" between 11am-4pm when the condo is being cleaned. Flights may land earlier than checkin time and depart later than checkout time. That said, the bedrooms are cleaned first and utilized as holding rooms for the luggage. Note that there is never an additional charge for an early checkin/late checkout in hopes that everyone can understand and work together on a stress free vacation arrival/departure. I do need a heads up please in case an early checkin/late checkout is in fact needed, so I can communicate with guests arriving/departing so everyone can be on the same page.

For bookings that are 14 days and longer, one complimentary maid service will be offered every 7 days.

Great vacation.

Great place 1 block off 7 mile Beach. Easy beach access. Easy to use bus routes. Owner provided beach chairs and beach towels. Plenty of room for 6 adults.

South Dakota to Grand Cayman

We greatly enjoyed our time in Grand Cayman and this unit! Everything was just like the listing. Lots of extras including cooler, beach toys and wagon. Right in the middle of 7 mile beach. Host was amazing! Would definitely stay again!

Reasonable priced Cayman property

This property is spacious and clean and close to the beach as well as several amazing restaurants. We used to live in Grand Cayman and felt that the price and location of the property were quite reasonable. Bonus that the location was actually super close to 2 of our favorite restaurants. We were able to hop on a public bus within minutes each day. We were very happy with our stay here.

Seven Mile Vacation

This place was amazing, it was close to many places. We rented a car and drove to Rum Point, Star fish and Crystal Caves. Other days we went to seven miles, Government beach and lastly Baker's beach and ate at this nice restaurant (Cracked Conch). We tried different types of restaurants and had an amazing time. Thank you for letting us stay and have a calm and relaxing vacation.

Perfect location for beach and night life

We had a wonderful 7 night stay here. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space in this 3 story unit. Public beach access was directly across the street and restaurants were within walking distance. The host was very responsive and kind. The beach chairs and umbrella and towels helped a lot We left a new hammock to contribute to the unit. Highly recommend

Best Vrbo Host EVER

The property was amazing! So spacious and literally EVERYTHING was in walking distance. The beach, restaurants, a great vegan spot with amazing smoothies, amenities like massages and salons all within a 4 minute walk. Livia messaged me back so quickly, whether it was a concern or just a general question about great spots in the area she responded so kindly and quickly. Perfect location and size

We had a very great experience staying at the property. It is very close to seven Mile beach (about 2 min walk) and also catching a bus to any part of the island is very easy because they drive along the road right outside the property. We are a family of six, two adults and four kids aged 9 to 17. Inside the place is fantastic. Nice and cool and lots of space for people to spread out and relax after a days adventure. We appreciated the laundry facilities and showers. The kitchen is great too. Beach chairs, a cooler, and lots of towels made for easy hangouts at the beach. there is a great coffee shop right across from the front entrance that serves the most amazing food. Island naturals. The grocery store is also about a 10 minute walk away. Livia was really easy to communicate with and the sign in and sign out process was easy. We will plan to rent here again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent. However, want to mention a few things that needed attention. We found a laundry closet door broken.The center table in the living room was broken and pushed to one side of a couch.The coffee maker still had grounds and coffee in it upon our arrival.The dish rack under the sink was left dirty. We opted not to use it.A dish towel in the kitchen would have been helpful.We were unable to use the tv downstairs as it did not connect to wifi.

Great Condo

This was a great property! Wonderful location, close to everything, spacious and comfortable. Super responsive and helpful host. Do not hesitate to stay here-you won't regret it. We hope to stay there again next time we visit Grand Cayman.

Wonderful location !

Two families rented this condo for one glorious week. There was a nice welcome package for us with some snacks which was much appreciated after our flight. The washer and dryer worked great and it was wonderful to be able to wash and dry towels daily. Linens and beach towels were provided which was terrific. The beach chairs came in handy as 7 mile beach is a 5 min walk (across the street). The liquor store and grocery store were nearby as were many restaurants (walking distance). The air conditioner gave us a problem one night but it was fixed immediately. Livia was great and communicating and checking in on us. She was a wonderful host and took our needs into consideration throughout the booking process. We can’t wait to come back and not change a thing! Thank you for a lovely stay and first great trip of many to Grand Cayman!!

Great Place - Fantastic Location

We had an incredible time visiting Grand Cayman and staying at park place. The facility is incredible for families, Olivia has thought of pretty much everything that you need to make this day easy and enjoyable. From beach chairs, coolers, and lots of towels, to laundry, kitchen, and AC, coming back to the property was relaxing after a days adventure. The location is absolutely perfect, only a few minutes walk before you were right on the sandy beach and catching a bus or a taxi to move around the island is right outside on the street. There are two big grocery stores about 10 minutes walk away and an incredible coffee shop with amazing food right outside your front door. Travelling with a big family can be very tricky (2 adults and 4 kids) and this place had everything we needed to make it smooth, relaxing and enjoyable. Livia was awesome and super easy to communicate with. We will look for this place again when we visit Cayman.

I was in hospitality for nearly 30 years and started investing in properties back in 2010 while I was still in hospitality, and happy to have my own vacation rental properties to host guests from all over the world! Eventually, I transitioned into the real estate world in 2020 when it was time for a change and loving every moment of it :)
