Brand new 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in the Monte Cala urbanization in Cumbre del Sol, Benitachell. 3-minute walk to a nice communal pool and 2.5 km to the beach Cala del Moraig. 2 supermarkets are 3 and 4 km away, car recommended. Beaches in Moraira - Cala del Moraig and Platja del Portet de Moraira are 8 km away. Be aware of altitude change in this area which goes with the amazing views.

Heerlijke plek tussen Valencia en Alicante
Mooi en modern appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Koffiezetapparaat (cups) zou wenselijk zijn, als ook extra braadpan. Onderdeel van vakantiecomplex, daar moet je wel van houden. Pittige klim, maar goede wegen om er met auto te komen. Gezamenlijk zwembad, is heerlijk rustig en waardevolle toevoeging.

Why they chose this property
Cumbre del Sol as its name suggests is a fantastic place to anyone who likes nature and want to relax. The area offers spectacular views, hiking trails with coves along the way, beautiful beaches. Moraira or Javea are the closest cities worth visiting and within 10-15 km away. Shops, great restaurants, and pubs with nightlife can be found there. Happy to give advice to anyone who has any specific interest or question.
What makes this property unique
The apartment is brand new, surrounded by a protected natural area. Communal pools are just a short, 3-minute walk with private access. Anyone who like hiking, I recommend to go the nearest beach directly from the apartment on foot - Cala del Llebeig. For families I recommend Moraira and Javea and its sandy beaches. The coastline offers many rocky coves and inlets that is frequently visited by snorkelers and scuba divers.
