This beautiful property is only a short walk away from the centre of Javea. The beach is reachable in about 5 minutes by car. The separate apartment in the Villa La Jaima at the foot of the mountain Montgo was designed with great attention to details. The mix of styles from modern, Spanish and Moroccan elements is very well done. In every room and outdoor you will discover nice details.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms, one bath, a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area for up to 6 people, a spacious living room, a terrace with a roof and with sitting area and sofa, as well as a barbecue terrace with another dining area for up to 8 people.

The rooms are all bright and friendly. The bedroom “Yasmin” is furnished with a large double bed (240 x 190 cm). The bedroom “Orquídea” is equipped with two separate beds, which can be moved together.


No matter which window or door you look out, the beautiful Mediterranean outdoor area captures you immediately. The 10 x 5 m pool with brick staircase invites you to refresh yourself. A comfortable hammock and sun loungers on the green around the swimming pool invite you to relax. The entire property is fenced off. So, also parents with small children or dogs are invited to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

Verzorgde accommodatie met mooie tuin

Ouder maar verzorgd appartement onder de woning van de gastvrouw, die zeer vlot en gastvrij is. De keuken is zeer goed uitgerust. De tuin met zwembad is prachtig aangelegd. Enig minpunt is dat het nogal donker is in woning, zeker als het regent.

Presque parfait ...

5 étoiles pour la maison, le jardin, la piscine et l'emplacement, mais tout n'a pas été parfait. Un gros pb avec l'eau chaude durant notre séjour de deux semaines, la première semaine cela a été un peu aléatoire mais nous avons pu avoir de l'eau chaude pour une douche quotidienne, en revanche la deuxième semaine nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude dans la maison pendant 4 jours, la solution proposée était d'aller prendre sa douche à celle de la piscine de la propriété ce qui n'était pas vraiment pratique, de plus la maison n'étant pas équipée d'un lave vaisselle faire la vaisselle à l'eau froide n'était pas du tout agréable et faire chauffer l'eau dans une casserole n'était pas non plus très pratique. En parlant de la vaisselle je pense sincèrement qu'il faudrait faire un effort sur ce point, en effet la batterie de cuisine a besoin d'être changée car elles date un peu, pas de bols pour prendre le petit déjeuner et un seul saladier de petite taille j'ai été obligée d'en acheter un pour pouvoir préparer mes salades et nous étions 3. La maison n'étant pas équipée de la climatisation (c'est précisé dans l'annonce) nous aurions vraiment apprécié pouvoir bénéficier d'au moins un ventilateur sur place, idem j'en ai acheté un. Voilà mon ressenti, une jolie maison bien située pour se rendre à Javéa ou a la plage, un beau jardin et une belle piscine dans un quartier calme. J'y ai passé un agréable séjour. Merci à notre hotesse pour sa gentillesse, sa discrétion et pour le mal qu'elle s'est donnée pour résoudre le problème de l'eau chaude.

Wir hatten einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub in der Wohnung, die durch den angrenzenden Pool noch ein weiteres Highlight bietet. Casa súper bonita y cómoda para un grupo de jóvenes

La señora fue muy atenta con nosotras cuatro. La casa estaba en perfecto estado, el baño es amplio al igual que las dos habitaciones dobles. El salón es enorme y la cocina está súper bien equipada. Fuimos una semana de vacaciones y nos gustaría habernos quedado más! La piscina es más grande (y profunda) de lo que parece y vino maravilloso para el calor que hacía.

Las mejores vacaciones en familia!!

La estancia en la Jaima ha sido maravillosa. La casa tiene un jardín de ensueño, con una piscina increible, ideal para grandes y pequeños. Nunca hemos estado en una casa con un jardín como ese! 😍 Nuestra hija ha estado todo el dia metida en la piscina, y nuestra perrita feliz en el jardin. La casa muy comoda, con todo lo que se pueda necesitar, y barbacoa estupenda en el jardin. Pero lo mejor de todo es Ingrid, la anfitriona, que ademas de amable ha sido super cariñosa con nosotros! Accueil souriant par l'aimable Mme Ingrid, jardin et piscine géniaux ! Très bonnes vacances passées en famille. Très bien isolé des voisins. Belle province avec montagne et plage, paysage magnifique ! PS : je pense qu'il faudrait préciser dans l'annonce que Mme Ingrid habite l'étage au-dessus, respectant l'intimité de ses hôtes et rapidement disponible si problème.

We had reserved the apartment for 10 nights and left after 5. The two main reasons were wifi was poor, prior to booking I asked if the wifi was good as it is essential for us. It is shared with the upstairs owner and at its best was 4.09mbps download 0.5mbps upload. Secondly the main bedroom has two single beds pushed together, they are old very uncomfortable, lumpy and any slight movement squeaked, my husband slept in the lounge the final 3 nights. Other room no better The owner informed me no one had ever complained before and he had used without problem. This didn't help not really an answer, I would be completely amazed at anybody finding them comfortable After 2 sleepless nights I informed the owner we would be checking out early due to the above two issues, plus several other things I was unhappy about but would feedback on constructively. He informed me he wouldn't refund the full cost of the extra 5 nights also that he wasn't obliged to refund anything. I understand this but the apartment wasn't cheap especially for this time of year, and as a gesture of goodwill was surprised. I wasn't after compensation just a refund for the 5 nights. The apartment has lovely gardens which we appreciated but inside it needs attention. Briefly the main bedroom had black mould on the walls due to previous guests not ventilating room, if this is a problem back to back bookings shouldn't be taken. It was difficult to have a good shower as shower head needed replacing, also mould on walls. Kitchen cupboards and draws all need emptying, cleaning and organising. There was nowhere to put our food we had to make room. Pictures sent to owner of our findings. I asked also prior to booking, could I walk into Javea town from the apartment, I was advised it was 10 minutes. Admittedly it was 10 minutes to the outskirts, but you need a further 10 minutes to get to main hub. The walk is impossible of a night as no lighting, not many pavements and very narrow you have to step aside to allow cars to pass. It was difficult during daytime. All things considered I still left apartment as I found it, hoovered, washed sheets and towels as common courtesy in the hope the owner would reconsider holding onto our funds, as he wouldn't have to incur a full cleaning fee. Unfortunately this wasn't the case and no thanks received. I don't like to leave negetive reviews, but we both felt let down by the customer service and responses we received regarding our issues.

What can I say to this review: Having such guests is like a jackpot in the lottery..unfortunately in the negative way. After 6 years renting my apartment to more than 150 guests I never had guests with such problems and nobody of them left earlier than they had booked. My beds: You felt uncomfortable at the bed mattresses in the bed room but slept 3 days at the thin seat mattresses in the lounge? Wifi: Unfortunately there is no possibility to have a really fast glass fiber connection but its 6 GB and enough for streaming at netflix. The walk to the center of Javea: It is a 10 min. walk as you can also google or read at other reviews of my former guests. Of course you can make it also in the double time if you walk slowly ;) And of course it is a small street that is not illuminated like a football field. Come on..are you serious? Renting fee: I gave you a discount in advance. Further more as a goodwill I gave you 60% of the rental fee back, even if fewo-direkt is not offering a refund in cases like this and I lost money because the days already have been blocked on the website. You said that you have already cleaned the apartment but nevertheless I have to pay the cleaning service to guarantee our next guests a cleaned apartment and fresh washed bed linen and towels. You did not felt comfortable at all but in the 5 days you stayed at my apartment you did not talk once to me even though I live next door?! Why you did not came with your worries earlier and we could try to find i solution? Since I am renting my apartment and the nice garden and pool area I've tried to do everything possible to make my guests feeling happy and relaxed. And I guess this is also visible in the many positive reviews here. And now finally I got such a review?! That makes me really sad. I would not recommend to any hosts at fewo-direkt to rent there home to that clients. Best regards, Ingrid
