Welcome to Paradise at The Belmont! Enjoy your stay at one of the premier condos in all of Ocean City! Only Saturday to Saturday rental (7 nights) from June-August. Any other time only a 3 night minimum

Spacious 3 BR Penthouse Condo in Belmont Towers, located in the prime downtown area of Ocean City!! Enjoy beautiful views of the Ocean, Beach, Boardwalk, Inlet, and Assateague Island. Soak in the views or relax outside on one of two private balconies - 72 ft oceanfront balcony or 18 ft side balcony overlooking the Inlet. Enjoy the endless restaurants, shopping, and entertainment of the famous boardwalk, right outside of your door.

Unit includes 2 parking spots in the private/gated parking garage, free wifi/cable, washer/dryer, and elevator access!

LIVING ROOM: Vaulted ceilings, two large sleeper sofas (Queens), flat screen TV, gas fireplace, direct access to both balconies!

BALCONIES: Huge 72 ft Oceanfront balcony with gazebo equipped with plenty of lounge chairs and tables to enjoy views of the ocean and world famous boardwalk (all three bedrooms and living room can access this with their own private sliding glass doors)—-Second balcony showcases views of the ferris wheel and Inlet and is equipped with a large table with chairs.

KITCHEN: Open concept kitchen opens to the dining/living room to provide the ultimate entertaining experience! Equipped with dining room table and chairs, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and cookware!

MASTER BEDROOM:1 King bed with flat screen tv, gas fireplace, private spa like bathroom, and private access to oceanfront balcony.

BEDROOM 2: Queen bed with flat screen TV, private bathroom with shower, and private access to oceanfront balcony.

BEDROOM 3: Two double beds with flat screen TV, private bathroom with shower, and private access to oceanfront balcony.

- Pillows, blankets, sheets and towels ARE PROVIDED

- No Smoking in the condo, only permitted on the balconies

-NO parties or rentals to anyone under 25

-Beach Chair and Umbrella rentals are available on the beach

Great place and location

Loved staying here! It was super close to everything and the place was immaculate, better than the photos. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and boardwalk. The place was fully stocked with all of the necessities. We booked again already for next year.

The best place to stay in ocean city!

I have stayed in multiple units of Belmont and this one was by far the best! The owner was very nice and made sure we had all the details of our stay. The house was beautifully decorated, it was stocked with everything we needed and more, everything was clean and comfortable. The views from the balcony are unmatched and location, location location! Highly recommend:) Our family will definitely be returning!

Keeping teens engaged

Chose this location for the action. Kids liked the penthouse view of boardwalk. Beach super crowded, elevator not fast enough for the volume in the bldg, and variety of guest etiquettes make it tacky. Best part of the trip was the balcony and enjoying the view and the company. This part of ocean city is just pizza, burgers and subs anymore. Every restaurant we tried was hundreds for 6 people and the food was same stuff regardless of the place. Kids enjoyed more than parents. However - bayside skillet was awesome as always.
