These are fully remodeled homes with modern kitchens, however maintain their charm. Walking distance to charming downtown Dunedin with plenty of shops/bars/breweries/restaurants/playgrounds. Walk two blocks to the ocean and watch the sunset over the gulf.

My adult daughter and I were in Dunedin for a family function and it was the perfect cottage for us. The two beds/baths are separated, so we each really had our own space. Everything comfortable-couch, beds pillows! And right by the Pinellas Trail, easy walk to Dunedin shops and restaurants. I would love to have stayed longer, to take better advantage of the location!

This cottage was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect next to the Pinellas Trail with easy access for biking and a short walk into town. The backyard/courtyard is shared with the other rental unit and parking was tight. But it was a very pet friendly area. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this for anyone wanting to visit Dunedin.

Perfect spot!! It was in walking distance to restaurants and the town. Easy walk to the stadium, if you came for a Blue jays game. The house was very quiet and had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage! It was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway. The house was lovely! Extremely clean and well appointed with very comfy beds and a location that can’t be beat. Staying along the Pinellas Trail was so convenient- just a short walk to the center of town. We took advantage of all Dunedin has to offer- great restaurants and shops, a nice little farmer’s market and close to the beautiful beaches on Honeymoon & Caladesi Islands. We will return and definitely recommend this property to our friends and family. Thank you for a memorable weekend!

We have stayed many places in Dunedin, and the Cottage by the Gulf was the most perfect one. It was very clean and open, the kitchen was a dream to work in, and the patio was like an extra living room. Location was a cyclist's dream, and the neighbors were very friendly. We will never forget this one!

What a great place to stay. Conveniently located to wonderful beaches and Dunedin is an inviting and wonderful town. The cottage had everything we needed. We loved being able to walk to see the sunset over the gulf each night. Denay is a gracious host.
