About this property

Private entrance, in-law suite on the east side. This totally private space is attached to our home in the basement where you will have complete isolation.

Our house is within walking distance of Target and the college mall. It's a 5 minute drive to the IU campus and in a quite neighborhood.

The room and bathroom have recently been redone. We have a king bed, a queen air mattress, and a sofa that guests are welcome to sleep on.

We are happy to host you and your pet. Please make sure to let us know your pet is coming prior to arrival.

Short visit to our IU student

Great stay, perfect for what we needed. Spacious, clean, safe, nicely furnished and comfortable. I also appreciate having the small outdoor space for a morning coffee. Plan to be back!!

Cute cozy place

Very cute place. It was a little stuffy and no thermostat to adjust the temperature. There also were no sheets for the pullout bed. Had I know. Earlier in the evening I’m sure I could have gotten a set however it was too late. Overall it was a good stay.
