Everything was just as described. The owner has done a good job ensuring everything a guest may need is available. She was super easy to work with. The home was clean, well appointed, comfortable and in a really convenient location. We would stay there again!
We had a perfect stay at this lovely historic home by Old Town. It was great leaning about its history too. Spotlessly clean, well-appointed, walking distance to Old Town. Comfy beds and great kitchen. Nothing but high recommendations!
Great location, beautiful home, fantastic property manager! Able to walk to many restaurants, shops, and antique stores. Very cozy home and quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay on subsequent visits!!
This restored vintage house is beautiful. The decor is perfect. It was very easy check-in. Everything you need is provided - kitchen items, towels, blankets, etc.
The house was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen! The two bathrooms, both with showers, was a huge bonus. Great VRBO and will book again for sure.
A cute cottage that might our needs. Beds were comfortable, lots of room, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Perfect location for trails, downtown and the darling little theater a block away. My only negative comment is a good cleanup outside would have given a better first impression driving up to the cottage. impression.
I met some hikers on a trail in Sedona who recomended I check out Cottonwood. And if you want to check out Cottonwood, this cozy historic cottage is the place to stay.Located in a quiet neighborhood close to walking trails through tall cottonwood trees along the Verde River and an easy walk to old town Cottonwood. The house has a lot of natural light and a very open feel. Plenty of good lighting, too. The kitchen has all the tools, pots and pans, and machines you need to cook and there is a breakfast nook as well as a dining room.Using original art in the house is a special nice touch.
The house was easy to find. It was clean and tidy and well appointed with a little amenities. It was a very short walking distance from downtown, which made the trip pedestrian friendly. The host was easy to contact and very pleasant. Also responsive to any requests. Would definitely stay again.
This was a beautiful cottage, very clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Communication with the host was spot-on! It's exactly as advertised and depicted in the photos. The kitchen was well stocked, although we ate out during our stay, but it had everything you'd need if you wanted to cook and dine in at home.
Lots of walking/hiking trails near by, and a short walk into Old Town.
The home is well decorated and the host left us an umbrella to use as the forecast wasn't what we had hoped for.
We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
We had a wonderful stay in Cottonwood at this beautifully restored cottage! It was right next to a short hiking trail and within a couple blocks walk of downtown Cottonwood. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean and spacious, and all amenities provided (no need to bring towels, sheets, etc). The courtyard and front porch were beautiful spots out of the sun for our morning coffee! Only a short drive to Sedona for hiking - what a fantastic stay. Would definitely stay here or with Lin as an host again!
At 81, we don't feel comfortable driving from Tucson to Cottonwood but there are a few places we wanted to visit again - Bearizona, wineries in Page Springs, Verde Valley train
ride, etc. Our daughter drove us to you and worked from there. Hooray!!!
Stayed here for thunder valley rally. Easy walk to venue thought 6th street trail and easy walk off the back of property to old town! Clean, great place!
This property sets the standard very high for rentals. We enjoyed the house, its history, its location - I don't think it gets any better than this. Lin is an amazing host - responsive and attentive. I can't say enough great things !
This house is in a great location, walking distance to Old Town Cottonwood, near all Sedona has to offer and Jerome. The neighborhood is quiet and there are trails with in feet of the house. The house itself is well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Very cute and welcoming. It also has all the information you need on the area attractions and restaurants.
Wonderful cottage in quiet neighborhood, a few steps from nice walking trails.
We stayed three nights and loved the home and area!
Lin, you have done a great job on making this property comfortable and welcoming.
This is the second time we have stayed here. It's proximity to Sedona and Jerome make it the perfect location. The house has everything we need. We came with another couple. The living room is a nice place to congregate and the dining room was great for playing cards at night. Also, much cheaper and less crowded than trying to stay in Sedona.
Visited Cottonwood and Cozy Historic Cottage to celebrate friends birthday. The cottage was indeed cozy, comfortable, spotless and in a great location not far from the historic downtown. Loved it and the town, the train, and the amazing Copper Museum in Clarkdale.

Why they chose this property
This home originally was moved down from Jerome, AZ in the late 1930's. It had two additions put on in the 1940's. I have completely restored the home keeping the quaintness character in tact. With a fully renovated kitchen and addition of a new full bathroom.
