It was a cozy lovely home with an interesting history & was well equipped with everything we needed. Very close to old town Cottonwood which was so convenient for shopping & dining. Loved the trail & little river that was practically right outside the front door

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a great location, easily walkable to Old Town Cottonwood. There is also a walking trail right off of the property which we enjoyed. The house is rich and history and well stocked- I highly recommend!

Great 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage. Nice living area and dining room. Spacious kitchen. Easy walk to old town cottonwood. Would definitely stay here again!
The cottage home is very quaint and quiet. It was ready to access, and the owner was very responsive. There is trail access immediately out the front of the property. The trails go all the way to Dead Horse Ranch State Park. This cottage home was definitely a great find.
The host named this home perfectly: it is cozy, historic, and perfectly located to enjoy Cottonwood. You can not only stroll easily to old town, but also visit Dead Horse Ranch state park, Tuzigoot National Monument, the foothills of the Mingus mountains, and, of course, the trails along the Verde river. This is a very comfy place with everything we needed. And did I mention the original artwork?
Loved the proximity to the park trail head. And being at the end of a road. Very quiet and private.Enjoyed being close to historic Cottonwood.Kitchen was well stocked and easy to navigate.Really enjoyed our stay there
Wonderful time in Cottonwood old town -close enough for walking to restaurants but located in quiet neighborhood. All the amenities you need. This was our third time staying at the cottage
The house was absolutely wonderful, and Lin was a fantastic host. Just a short walk to Old Town with all the shops and restaurants. Five stars all around!
We had a perfect stay at this lovely historic home by Old Town. It was great leaning about its history too. Spotlessly clean, well-appointed, walking distance to Old Town. Comfy beds and great kitchen. Nothing but high recommendations!
The cottage was a great place to stay! Everything went well and the host were responsive when we had questions. Nice trail that was close by for morning walks which we enjoyed! I would definitely stay again if in the area.
As the title notes, this place is very historic and very cozy! Located within walking distance, if desired, from Old Town centrally located to the surrounding areas of Cottonwood and Clarkdale. Lin, our host was very accommodating and even alerted us to a local event the evening of our arrival.
Great location, beautiful home, fantastic property manager! Able to walk to many restaurants, shops, and antique stores. Very cozy home and quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay on subsequent visits!!
Loved being able to walk to Cottonwood and a short drive to Sedona. The house was cozy and perfect for myself and my friends.

Why they chose this property
This home originally was moved down from Jerome, AZ in the late 1930's. It had two additions put on in the 1940's. I have completely restored the home keeping the quaintness character in tact. With a fully renovated kitchen and addition of a new full bathroom.
