Communication from Lin was excellent. The house was truly cozy but not tiny - plenty of room to entertain outside guests. Really loved the eclectic furniture and decor – everywhere we looked there was something interesting to look at! The location was perfect. There are so many things to see and do in Cottonwood and other available experiences were no farther away than 15 minutes. The interior and exterior were very clean and inviting, and the beds and showers were just right. Lynn, we love your attention to detail, and will definitely be back for future trips to visit our relatives in Cottonwood!

It was a cozy lovely home with an interesting history & was well equipped with everything we needed. Very close to old town Cottonwood which was so convenient for shopping & dining. Loved the trail & little river that was practically right outside the front door

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a great location, easily walkable to Old Town Cottonwood. There is also a walking trail right off of the property which we enjoyed. The house is rich and history and well stocked- I highly recommend!

Perfect weekend getaway

The house was absolutely wonderful, and Lin was a fantastic host. Just a short walk to Old Town with all the shops and restaurants. Five stars all around!

Great Place

The cottage was a great place to stay! Everything went well and the host were responsive when we had questions. Nice trail that was close by for morning walks which we enjoyed! I would definitely stay again if in the area.

We had a perfect stay at this lovely historic home by Old Town. It was great leaning about its history too. Spotlessly clean, well-appointed, walking distance to Old Town. Comfy beds and great kitchen. Nothing but high recommendations!

The cottage home is very quaint and quiet. It was ready to access, and the owner was very responsive. There is trail access immediately out the front of the property. The trails go all the way to Dead Horse Ranch State Park. This cottage home was definitely a great find.
