Highlands Retreat

Lovely home located in a quiet neighborhood, close to most amusement parks, 15-20 minutes drive to Disney World. Spacious master suit, it has a king size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. It has 3 spacious additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has plenty of space to move around with newer appliances and equipped with all utensils you could need. The home has a private pool where guests can relax after a day out with the family. Cleanliness is our priority to protect our guests

POOL HEATING IF REQUIRED IS $28 A DAY, POOL HEATER RUNS FOR 10-12 HOURS.

Not up to expection

Unfortunately not clean, part of the blinds missing, the carpets are marked, no extra bedding, very limited kitchen essentials. Two of the three bathrooms could not be used shower curtains were too short.,not been cleaned properly. Good TV and wifi.

Hi Janette, Thanks for your unfair review. You checked into the home Dec 16th and emailed me Dec 19th with a few points of concerns. I emailed you back immediately and asked for pictures, you did not respond and send anything. I live local and most of these points could have been rectified immediately with a quick visit, This is a 4 bed home and towels left for guests will be sufficient for 8 guests, there were only 3 guests in your party so not sure how many towels you needed, same for sheets, again with a response this could have been rectified along with shower curtains needing adjusted and blind slats.
