Turtle Cove Condo--- Steps to Siesta Key Beach

This newly updated, beautiful and clean 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is located just across the street from world famous Siesta Beach and Village. Come back after a long day at the beach and enjoy the excellent community amenities such as: heated pool, gas barbeque grills and outdoor dinning area where you are surrounded by the beautiful lush landscape.

Upon walking into this space you will immediately be greated by warmth and brightness, with a stunning canal view from your screened in lanai. This condo is equipped with everything you need throughout your stay, including beach/pool gear. Simply pack your bags and head to the beach! Parking is also included for both you and your guest.

There is a required $100 application fee prior to check in along with a signed contract following review of the community regulations. If you plan to bring your small dog (under 20lbs) please let your host know so that we may notify the office. There is also a non-refundable $125 pet fee required prior to check-in.

A warm welcome to the beach

The condo where we vacationed was equipped with everything we needed. It is located in a community with established plants and flowers. We also enjoyed the pool and visited with residents and planned the next day’s itinerary. We hope to visit again soon!

2 of my sisters and I rented this condo from December 17th - 31st of 2023. Despite the noisy holiday commotion stemming from the beach (only 5 min walk away) this property is located in a very quiet little corner. Communication with the host was very effective and efficient. They were in touch with us before, during, and after the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. The condo itself was just about perfect for 3 people (kitchen was a little crowded at times) but everything was clean upon arrival, with all necessary appliances ready to go. The only complaint came from both of my sisters who said the 2 double beds were pretty uncomfortable. Other than that we had a great stay right next to the #1 beach in America. We will be looking into renting this specific property again in the future!!

Siesta Key Getaway

We were 3 adults staying here. Excellent location. Walking distance to beautiful Siesta Key Beach and short walk to the free trolley stop that takes you into the village and home. We’re very happy we chose this place. Very clean and good beds also. Well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the pool. It made for a wonderful holiday. Thank you!
