Welcoming all nature lovers & adventure junkies to this charming, comfortable & fully-equipped studio in the First Tracks building at Wildhorse Meadows in Steamboat Springs.

Amenities include access to Steamboat Ski resort via private gondola & on-call shuttle service during ski season.

Heated pool, 3 grotto hot tubs, game room, fitness center & fire pit available year round.

Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in unit.

Enjoy nearby shopping, dining, miles of hiking & Strawberry Park Natural Hot Springs.

- The amenities are not in this building but a short 3-5 minute walk to Trailhead Lodge.

Perfect Location!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Nicole’s place. It’s in the perfect location with easy access to the mountain (via the free gondola) and easy access to downtown Steamboat (via the free bus). We didn’t have to drive once! The studio was clean, cozy, and had all of the necessary amenities.

Nice Condo Unit

I would recommend this property and likely would consider using it again. It is an easy walk to the gondola, which takes you directly to the Steamboat base area. The kitchen is well-provisioned.

Pre-Christmas in Steamboat

The property is exactly as described, small but clean and well-located. The Wildhorse gondola takes you up to the main gondola square. The property is part of the Vacasa network so there are complimentary shuttles (please remember to tip) that will drive you to or from locations throughout Steamboat. The Trailhead lodge has lots of nice amenities and it's a 3 min walk away.

Property was well maintained. The amenities were very convenient, gym, pool, hot tubs, shuttle service and gondola to Steamboat Square. My previous stay was at Trail Head Lodge with a larger group, so I knew the amenities and therefore I chose Fast Tracks as I traveled alone and did not need the space. Big enough for two people, and as four is acceptable it would be tight.

Mountain Town Bliss

My wife and I are digital nomads, and our needs differ from the average vacationer in Steamboat. That said, I think the only thing we would have preferred was a little more light in the main living area, as that is where we worked. The property itself is ideally situated for access to the mountain. We also utilized the fitness center and hot tubs at the Trailhead Lodge. The kitchen was well equipped to handle everything we wanted to cook, there are grocery stores close by, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. There is so much to do in Steamboat, that we were there for a month and need to go back to continue to explore. We would definitely stay with Nicole again at this awesome property.

We didn’t mind that the unit was small, but did feel it was lacking in some basics, i.e, Kleenex, cereal bowls. Minimal equipment in the kitchen. TV set up was confusing with no guidance on how the 3 remotes interacted.

Small but perfect stay

The location was excellent. Easy less than 5 min walk to the gondola that takes you to the main resort base. The heated pool and hot tub were great. About 5 min walk from unit (this would be a bummer if you didn’t know I’m advance which we did) The place itself was perfect as advertised. Small one room studio with queen bed and pull out sofa. Small kitchen but it had everything we needed for a short stay. Would be a bit small for more than a few nights. Linens and towels all provided. Great washer dryer. Tv wasn’t working but we didn’t need that and hopefully owner will fix it ! Overall we had perfect stay given the rate and space !
