While I'm on here responding mite as well respond to this too. If the floors were dirty, I want to apologize for that because floors are mopped after every guest. Obviously they weren't mopped good enough. The mattress you took a picture was not even on ur property. And in most neighborhoods the sanitation company comes by to pick up bulk items. And they did so I don't understand why that bothered you. You only stayed with us for less than 48 hrs. The guesthouse in the back does not share a driveway with the front house. The driveway on the side of the front house is the driveway to get to the back. We have never had anyone uncomfortable in our 7 years of hosting this unit about this issue. the lack of communication is a lie as I go back through the messages. She wrote at 9:04 pm about the couch, we responded at 9:08pm. Then she wrote at 9:59 pm about the car pulling into the guesthouse, we responded at 10:04 pm. Then she wrote at 10:10 pm are we expecting someone to be there, we responded at 10:11 pm "Yes, they been there all week". So, again we do communicate very well. I will get on to my cleaners about the floors the soap dispensary.

We usually don't respond to these reviews on here but this one is a complete lie. They stayed with us from the 5th until the 12 with no complaints at all. No one mentioned any complaints prior to the 12th. The complete lie is where she said she wrote us at 8:00 am and we didn't respond for 24 hours. I looked through the messages and we responded at 12 pm. Due to it being a Sunday our other units were having guest check out, so we didn't respond as quickly as usual. The complaint was about the refrigerator had stop working. We told her it probably reset because of the storm or it was left open for a long period of time and all she needed to do was press the reset button on the outlet. She responded at 3:00 pm saying they they found somewhere new to stay and they lost all all this food. So this not responding for 24 hrs is a complete lie. Then she request a refund a day later and we responded the cancellation window has passed so we are unable to provide a refund (you stayed 9 days already). We feel this review is partly in retaliation for not getting the refund they requested. We have a washer and dryer in all of our units, so why wouldn't we wash the sheets and blankets in between guest. If you felt that way why would you sleep on dirty sheets for 9 days. Yes the floor has soft spots but if you felt so unsafe, you stayed for 9 days unsafe. I don't know what the cold water thing is about. Sorry the tap water wasn't cold enough. Sorry you felt awkward with your family about a jack and jill bath room. We provide 2 rolls of toilet tissue, we do not provide unlimited amount of toilet tissue. Parking is not limited because you can park one car in the drive way in front of the house and the other cars can park on the street. The issue was they had a guest visit them who wanted to part a vehicle and a motorcycle in the back where the guest house is and we had to make them move it. They didn't like that. And the floors being dirty, we will make sure to be better next time. Floors are mopped after every guest. I think she just wanted to throw that in there because of a different review said that. We will try to be better. Look at our reviews on Airbnb its a whole different tone over there lol.
