So glad you enjoyed your stay and liked the accommodations- the great location close to the beach and restaurants. A couple bringing 2 adult sons and their fiancees might find it cozy. The house works well for a family of six- a kingsize bedroom upstairs with another bedroom with two twin beds, and a separate private suite downstairs with a queen bed and second bathroom. And of course the large backyard and balcony for hanging out.

Lovely cottage about ten doors from the beach. A lovely bouquet of flowers greeted us. Clear view of ocean from the upper deck. Cottage likely dates to the 1950’s and that is part of the charm. Newer washer, dryer and fridge.Easy walk to Ventura Pier or Ventura Harbor along the beach.Peaceful and relaxing week!

A Peaceful Week in the Pierpont

Cozy, clean and convenient, this beach house has a very private backyard and a lovely view of the ocean from the 2nd floor balcony. Our group of four adults was very comfortable and the location was perfect for visiting my friends and family.
