Best location with a minute walk to the beach. Delmar-Wiggins Pass State Park right off the lanai. First floor lets you walk out the back or choose to walk out the front through a secure lobby. Security gate with security code to enter the building. Heated pool next to the building with grilling next to the pool. Marina facing the front of the building. Close to shopping and many restaurants!

Four years ago, Hurricane Ian destroyed our condo. After what has felt like an incredibly long journey, we are finally almost finished restoring it! 🏝️❤️

We’ve updated some pictures to give you a peek at how it’s coming together. It still needs a little more furnishing and layering to make it feel completely finished, but we’re almost there!

Some of the photos are from walking through the front door into the common area, which was beautifully restored and updated as well. It’s amazing to see the transformation!

Our little condo went from being a 1973 unit to feeling like a brand-new 2026 condo. What a journey—and what a difference!

We’re hoping to be completely up and running and ready to rent by December 1, 2026. 🎉🌴

It’s been a long four years, but we can finally see the finish line! ❤️

Why they chose this property

We’ve been coming to Naples for quite a while now, usually staying with family or renting. We knew we wanted to spend more time here, surrounded by our friends and family, so we decided it was finally time to buy.

We fell in love with this cute little condo, especially because it’s just a short walk to the beach. It felt like the perfect place to call our little piece of Naples. 🌴☀️🏝️

What makes this property unique

We chose this property because it’s conveniently located near the beach, marina, and restaurants. From the lanai, it’s just a short walk to the beach, where we can enjoy beautiful sunsets. Many restaurants are also within walking distance, whether we head along the beach or down Gulf Shore Drive.
