Neighborhood Gem!

I've never stayed in this part of Madison before and what a treat it was! Loved that we had a cool neighborhood bar/pub, coffee shop/bakery AND a breakfast diner all within a block. Property was as advertised, well stocked, very convenient, lots of street parking right out front and on side street. We also appreciated that the cabinets were all marked for easy access to everything we could have possibly needed during the stay. The unit itself was quite comfortable and fairly quiet even being on a busier street. Will definitely be a go-to spot for future trips!

Madison with friends

This property was really nice, great curb appeal, inside updated, very clean and cute. Beds comfortable, kitchen with all amenities and within 15 minutes of golfing, pickleball and State street. On-site street parking adequate. The owner responded to questions very quickly by phone. I would recommend this VRBO and come back again.

Perfect for us

Nicely remodeled home with first floor as VRBO. We really liked the location, so easy to get to and in quiet neighborhood. Nice sized living room, dining and kitchen area. Furnishings were first rate and in very good condition. Communication with Tim, property manager, was efficient and clear. It is an old home so bedrooms are small, storage is a bit of a challenge. That said, all was very nice, we very much enjoyed the stay. We’ll be back soon!
