We are a family-friendly house in a beautiful location. From here you can get on your bike and go up into the mountains or take a nice hike on foot. In winter, when the snow is good, you can reach the gondola lift on skis and drive almost to the front door on your way home. The town center with supermarket and restaurant can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
Do you want to laze and relax - or be active - with us in the center of the Tyrolean mountains you will surely find the right thing for your relaxation. The good air and the wonderful mountain panorama alone guarantee a long-lasting recovery.
The proximity to the city of Innsbruck (15 km), the ski areas Axamer-Lizum, KĂŒhtai and Seefeld offers every opportunity for everyone.
Our apartment is furnished in a modern rural style and offers spacious space for families, as well as the necessary comfort for 4 - 8 people.
We provide you with the table, bed and hand wash, as well as wireless LAN (WIFI) free of charge.
We would be very happy to welcome you as our guest!

A quiet apartment, great for a family

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 6 beds in total which is very convenient. The location is very quiet with great views all around. Most of the windows have bugs screens, we left them open at night so we had plenty of fresh air. Nina and Martin are very nice, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Very nice welcome by Nina and Martin. Showed us the appartment en gave us information. You can use their garden if you want to. We didn't because we were not that much home but if you do....you will soon notice that they are very nice and warm people. Appartment was good, clean, enough space, everything you need and a beautifull view from the balcony. With the welcome card you have free rides upon a few mountains and also other advantages. You are in Innsbruck in 15-20min by car. Very nice city. If we ever visit that area again we will go back to Nina and Martin and then we will make time to spend an evening with them in their cosy garden!

Wir haben im August 2025 zwei schöne Wochen in der Ferienwohnung bei Familie Heis in Oberperfuss bei Innsbruck genossen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und gepflegt (genau wie auf den Bildern), liebevoll eingerichtet und extrem sauber. Die KĂŒche war perfekt mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, um sich selber zu verpflegen. Vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Berge. Man kann auch den Garten mit gemĂŒtlichen Sitzecken und Kinderschaukel mitbenutzen. Es ist oft sehr schwierig, eine Ferienwohnung fĂŒr eine Familie mit mehr als 2 Kindern zu finden. In dieser Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 7 Betten hatten wir ausreichend Platz. Die Vermieter, die unten im Haus wohnen, waren supernett, hilfsbereit und sehr kinderfreundlich und haben uns stets gute Tips fĂŒr Unternehmungen gegeben. Von Oberperfuss aus ist man mit dem Bus (der quasi direkt vor der HaustĂŒr hĂ€lt) in 45 Minuten in Innsbruck und per Bus oder Auto sind schnell viele Wander- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten zu erreichen. FĂŒr das Auto gibt es einen ĂŒberdachten Stellplatz. Eine Waschmaschine steht nicht zur VerfĂŒgung, aber die Vermieterin bietet an, dass man die WĂ€sche bei ihr waschen kann. Wir wĂŒrden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!!!

Schöne und saubere Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Sehr nette Vermieter, wir fĂŒhlten uns sofort wohl. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen: traditioneller Stil mit Holz, aber gediegen und funktionell. Alles wie neu und sehr sauber. Der Balkon hat einen wunderbaren Weitblick auf die Berge. Wir machen gerne Wanderungen in der Natur und in den Bergen, und es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer NĂ€he.

Wirklich toll

Die Ferienwohnung von Familie Heis ist wirklich sehr schön- und fĂŒr 6 Personen perfekt- sehr gerĂ€umig, und in zwei der drei Zimmer sind Waschbecken, so dass es kein Schlangestehen fĂŒrs ZĂ€hneputzen gibt. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, die KĂŒchenausstattung prima- und es war liebevoll weihnachtlich dekoriert. Und Nina und Martin sind, wie schon in vorherigen Bewertungen beschrieben, wirklich sehr liebe Menschen, die ihren GĂ€sten mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Der Ort liegt sehr schön und man kann wunderbar von der Wohnung aus spazieren/wandern gehen. Wir können die Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen. FĂŒr Wintersportler: obwohl jetzt im Ort kein Schnee mehr lag- KĂŒhtai ist in 30 Minuten sehr gut zu erreichen. Und in 50 Minuten waren wir am dem Stubaier Gletscher- grossartig. Nochmal liebe GrĂŒĂŸe von uns an Nina und Martin und vielen Dank!

Ruhige aber zentrale Lage, perfekt fĂŒr einen Urlaub in den Bergen

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Sie liegt sehr ruhig, aber dennoch zentral (nur 15min von Innsbruck entfernt) und eignet sich somit perfekt fĂŒr einen Urlaub in den Bergen. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und können auch viele Tipps zur Umgebung geben. Zur Ferienwohnung dazu gibt es die Innsbruck Welcome Card, mit der man einige Bergbahnen kostenlos fahren kann und auch bei dem ein oder anderen Eintritt sparen kann. Absolute Empfehlung.

Urlaub wie bei Freunden in toller Umgebung

Als wir ankamen, wurden wir gleich von Nina und Martin herzlich empfangen. In den 14 Tagen hatte man nie das GefĂŒhl, man wohnt irgendwo, sondern man ist bei Freunden zu Gast. Alle dort wohnenden Menschen sind total nett, aufgeschlossen und herzlich. Die Wohnung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen und die Umgebung ist der Hammer. Schaut man aus dem Fenster hat, man das GefĂŒhl, man schaut auf eine Fototapete. Erholung pur ist hier garantiert! Nina und Martin haben uns immer wieder mit neuen Ausflugstips versorgt! Ziele gibt es genĂŒgend. Bei der Abreise regnete es, was unseren GefĂŒhlszustand nicht hĂ€tte besser beschreiben können. Wir kommen auf alle FĂ€lle wieder. Vielen Dank fĂŒr einen wirklich tollen Urlaub!

Hervorragend ausgestattete, schöne FeWo. Da fehlt es an nichts. Dazu eine warmherzige Gastgeberfamilie, die einen jederzeit mit guten Ausflugtipps versorgt. Urlaub ĂŒber Innsbruck

Sehr schön gelegene,saubere ,sehr gut ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete neue Fewo.Da wir, zu viert, aufgrund von Nahrungsmittelallergien oft selbst kochen mĂŒssen, benötigen wir viel Kochgeschirr. Hier ist alles da ,sogar mehr, als man gewöhnlich braucht, den Backofen haben wir nicht vermisst, die Mikrowelle mit Grill tut es auch.Und die SpĂŒlmaschine die schluckt auch so einiges weg, bei der GrĂ¶ĂŸe klasse, da macht das AusrĂ€umen wieder Spass. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt ,besonders die GesprĂ€che und Ausflugstipps von den Beiden.Herrlicher Blick ĂŒber Felder und Berge in das Inntal und Innsbruck, nah dran aber trotzdem lĂ€ndliche Ruhe, da kann man sich einfach nur erholen. Und morgens weckt einen die Sonne und los gehts von hier aus, da gut angebunden, per Bus oder mit dem Auto zum nĂ€chsten Ausflugziel.Wir haben uns bei Nina und Martin super erholt und fĂŒhlten sehr wohl, als ob wir schon jahrelang bei Ihnen Urlaub gemacht hĂ€tten. Also bis demnĂ€chst!

Toller Familienurlaub in Oberperfuss

Die Familie Heis ist sehr herzlich. Die Ferienwohnung sehr modern. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wie schon beim letzten Mal ein toller Urlaub!
