Beautiful airy and sunny five bedroom upside down design home ideally located in desirable Brant Point. Just moments from the beach, shopping and dining in Town. This recently renovated summer vacation home is adjacent to conservation land and enjoys views of open space towards Brant Point Lighthouse. First floor: Welcoming entry hall, Four bedrooms and four baths. Three of the bedrooms have private baths. Covered porch. Second floor: Large open living space. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, pantry closet, and large dining area. The living room with two sitting areas, takes advantage of gorgeous views. The fifth bedroom and bath are on this level. There is a large deck with views of the harbor.

Beautiful property in a great location. Easy walk to town and Jetties beach. The house was great and we especially loved that each room had its own bathroom. The only downside was only one room had a king size bed (the listing said two) which was one of the reasons we picked that property. Adam did apologize and send us a generous gift card for a local restaurant which helped.

We had a great stay overall. The home was nice, exactly as advertised, and communication before and during our stay was excellent.The only disappointment came after checkout. We received a text message stating we had "left the house a mess," which felt unnecessarily accusatory. When we asked for photos or more detail, none were provided, and the only specific issue ever mentioned was a small amount of dry Fruit Loops that we later learned our 6-year-old had accidentally spilled while we were packing up and working through a fairly extensive checkout cleaning list. We were surprised that an otherwise excellent stay ended with that kind of unnecessary communication, especially for a premium luxury rental.Aside from that interaction, we really enjoyed the property and would recommend it.

Week on Nantucket

We had a fantastic stay in this home. The home is well set up for adults and children (young and old) and has a perfect view of the Nantucket fireworks from the street.

Wonderful location and home

We had an amazing time at Adams house. The location was perfect for our week with family. A 2 min walk to children’s beach which was ideal for our small children (swim area, playground), walkable to town for dinner, ice cream, etc. House had all the amenities we needed including beach gear, plenty of bathrooms for all the adults and good size common area to hang out. 10/10 would do it again! Adam was incredibly responsive and helpful with our trip.

This is an amazing house in an incredible location and our family had an excellent time. Given the close proximity to town, everyone in our family was able to walk anywhere they needed to go, including beaches and then gather together at the house. The house has a wonderful well lit living room and ample kitchen and the rooms were fantastic. The entire house was airy and bright with natural light. The view off the back porch is classic Nantucket! It was also wonderful to have good air-conditioning. The hosts were always responsive, helpful and kind. Highly recommend and if we go back to Nantucket again, we would definitely want to rent here again. The house is absolutely family friendly - safe for kids and easy to take kids to children’s beach or to find activities such as the whaling museum in town.
