Just added last minute listing! Dont wait, book now. Short term, seasonal, and 30-90 day rental. This cute newly updated home is in the City of Venice. Family friendly, and quite neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, convenient store, bank, gas station, and rental car company.
*This home/property has an outdoor security camera facing the front of the home for security purposes. This camera is not to be tampered or removed at any point in time. No cameras inside the inside the home, only camera is in the front of the outside of house, full disclosure.
Freshly painted walls inside, and out. New roof, new carpeting in the bedrooms, and laminate throughout the rest of the home. Keyless entry, and outdoor security camera. Fully furnished, with fresh linens, bath towels, couple of beach towels, 2 beach folding chairs, 2 boogie boards, beach umbrella, beach bag, and an ice chest.
*Washer & Dryer provided in bonus room. Room for 2 cars on property driveway (Have a covered carport but if owners are in the area they leave their car stored in the carport, but if they aren’t in the area you are welcome to park in it). Backyard has a 4 person patio set with umbrella stored in shed.
NO PETS ALLOWED at Property. No Smoking at Property. NO back in parking at this property. No shoes on carpeted areas of the home. No parties at the property. *
*No additional guests may sleep at the property if they were not added to the reservation prior to booking. For example, you added 2 people to this booking. The allowable amount of guests/people that may occupy the home are a total of 2 guests. If additional guests are invited to stay during your stay after your booking, you may be charged additional fees. Please speak with host prior to booking if you have any questions.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please remove sheets & pillow cases off bed. All used bathroom towels, hand towels, face wash cloths, and Kitchen towels, are to be placed in a pile in storage room that adjacent to kitchen.
Remove all trash out of indoor trash cans. Place outside in proper trash can.
Remove all food from refrigerator and pantry before departure. Also, place all dishes back into cupboards where you found them. Empty dishwasher as well. Place outdoor patio chairs only in shed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No house parties, and sleeps max capacity of 4 people at property. *Security camera at the front of the house which will remain on 24 hrs per day.
No Smoking at property, and NO pets allowed at property. Tampering with security camera are grounds for immediate termination of stay without refund.
Thermostat/air conditioner cannot be set lower than 72, 71 degrees due to overheating unit (per A/C maintenance Co.). * No shoes on carpeted areas.
