Bring your fishing pole and catch sea bass right on the beach, or take a scenic bike ride along the coastal path. You're a short drive from Santa Barbara's boutique shops and world-class wineries. Downtown Ventura is also less than 20 minutes away. Catch a show at the Majestic Ventura Theater or go for a guided tour around Ventura Botanical Gardens.

Comfort awaits in the luxe primary suite, complete with a stately bed, breakfast table, balcony access, and TV with cable. The en suite bathroom boasts a double vanity, bidet, and enclosed jetted tub/shower combination. Sleep soundly on a comfy bed in the large guest room. The adjacent guest bathroom holds a walk-in shower. The first floor features another sparkling full bathroom, also outfitted with a walk-in shower.

The City of Ventura requires a minimum stay of 7 nights for all vacation rentals during the period beginning on the second Friday in June and ending with the last Friday in August.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
