This home offers prime access to all three South Shore ski resorts, including Heavenly (7.3 miles), Sierra (11.5 miles), and Kirkwood (29.4 miles). Travel 3 minutes to a wide array of dining, shopping, and golfing at the Lake Tahoe Golf Course. Enjoy hiking, biking, and snowmobile riding at nearby Pioneer Trail (4 miles).

LIVING AREA

The welcoming living area is the social heart of this newly built home, boasting vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and ample natural light. A large sectional comfortably seats the group to watch movies on the 65-inch TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-appointed and stylish kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of room to prepare delicious meals. When it's time to eat, gather at the eight-person table, with room for three more at the kitchen island.

BEDS & BATHS

Find comfort in the tranquil primary suite, which features a queen bed, sitting area, 58-inch TV, and access to the deck. The spacious en-suite bathroom provides a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the third guest room has a queen-over-queen bunk bed. A guest bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower and double vanity.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Sizzle steaks on the gas grill and enjoy alfresco meals on the back deck. A fully fenced backyard provides ample space to relax and play games.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
