Cozy Cottage Next to Chimney Rock State Park & Lake Lure Beach

You can't beat the location of this cozy cottage that is nestled right in the middle of Lake Lure Beach and Chimney Rock State Park. It is easy to locate and is right off of Memorial Highway and directly across the street from the soon to be NEW Flowering Bridge. There is a king bed, queen bed, and a pull-out queen sofa bed. The driveway is in front of the cottage and will fit two vehicles comfortably. There are only a few steps to get up to the front porch.

The open concept living room has a beautiful gas fireplace for cozying up on those chilly mountain evenings. It is also stocked with board games and a flat screen television, perfect for hosting family movie night. High speed internet is available, and a Roku is provided in the living room. The queen pull-out sofa bed is also located in this room.

The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator with freezer, an electric oven, and a microwave for all your basic cooking needs. For coffee fans, a Drip Coffee Pot is available for use. Just bring your favorite Joe and enjoy! Kitchen is also fully equipped with plates, silverware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, blender, and other items you could possibly need. The island bar in the kitchen can accommodate up to 4 barstools. On those warmer evenings, be sure to utilize either the screened-in front porch or the back porch for extra seating. There are two additional tables outside and plenty of seating, so feel free to make yourselves at home.
