Semi-detached house directly on the beach of Castiglione della Pescaia, only about 40 m from the sea. The house is part of a small residence where each unit has its independence and privacy.
In your own shady garden you will enjoy the sea breeze in the shade of centuries-old pine trees. The beach is accessible by a 20 m long path. A beautiful covered terrace is equipped for outdoor meals. Some distances: 1,2 km Castiglione della Pescaia, 19 km Punta Ala, 35 km the natural park of Maremma, 75 km the thermal facilities of Saturnia, 90 km Siena, 155 km Florence.

Die Adresse auf dem Online Ausdruck war mit falscher Hausnummer notiert!!! Leider habe ich auch nicht begriffen, dass wir der Verwalterin anrufen sollten bei Ankunft, habe ich nirgends gelesen. Wir haben 90 Min. das anwesen gesucht und nur dank Polizeilicher Hilfe die Verwalterin gefunden. Danach war zum Glück alles i.o N.Eckert
