This home is located on the NW side of Sioux Falls within a 5-minute drive from the Sanford Pentagon, Scheels Ice Plex, Great Shots, and Walmart and Starbucks Coffeehouse. Quick & easy access less than a mile off both I-29 & 1-90 will get you to most of Sioux Falls within a 10-minute drive. Just a short drive to the Denny Sanford Premier Center, Elmwood Golf Course, Howard Wood Field, Downtown Sioux Falls, Levitt at The Falls, Falls Park, both Avera and Sanford Hospitals and many other locations. You will have FULL PRIVATE ACCESS to the ENTIRE HOUSE.

Overall is was a nice place to stay! Very clean and organized with adequate amenities. The sheets in the galaxy themed room were very cheap (literally like a garbage bag) with holes and the top sheet would not stay on which made it uncomfortable.

Great house in a nice quiet neighborhood! The hot tub and back yard are very nice and relaxing. Beach towels provided. Beds are super comfortable. The house is close to groceries, event center, fairgrounds, liquor store, etc. The Uber drivers did have trouble finding it sometimes, but that's on them. We had a great weekend in Sioux Falls!

Quick summer trip to Sioux Falls

House worked well as a home base for exploring Sioux Falls and the surrounding area. House is on NW edge of town but roads were never very busy and we could get anywhere within the city within 15 min. The house is on the market for sale, but we were not interrupted from this.

We have grown our Short-Term Rental portfolio to nine units and have professional managers that assist with our daily activities of operating, maintaining, cleaning and assisting with guests' experience. I live in downtown Sioux Falls and enjoy traveling and have used STRs in place of hotels throughout those travels, including California, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iceland, Germany and France. I find it interesting to see how other hosts setup their spaces and have been a fanatic about architectural design since I was a child.

Why they chose this property

Location, there is a shortage of excellent STRs in the neighborhood and we wanted to provide a great experience in the area. The garage is a key to our success as it is accessible for guests to use for their vehicles.

Guests are also allowed to park in the driveway. There is also an abundance of street parking in front of the property. Uber and LYFT are also available for travel from our area.

What makes this property unique

You will have COMPLETE ACCESS TO THE ENTIRE HOME with HOT TUB! We have a second full kitchen in the lower level off the family room, that has double French doors that open to the outdoor patio. Guests have access to our nicely designed laundry room, and second living area. Enjoy your own comfortable space after a long day of sporting events at the Sanford Sports Complex (Pentagon, Scheels Ice Plex, Sanford Fieldhouse), a fun-filled night of eating-drinking-golfing at Great Shots (similar to Top Golf), or lively event at the Denny Sanford Premier Center.
