This home is located on the NW side of Sioux Falls within a 5-minute drive from the Sanford Pentagon, Scheels Ice Plex, Great Shots, and Walmart and Starbucks Coffeehouse. Quick & easy access less than a mile off both I-29 & 1-90 will get you to most of Sioux Falls within a 10-minute drive. Just a short drive to the Denny Sanford Premier Center, Elmwood Golf Course, Howard Wood Field, Downtown Sioux Falls, Levitt at The Falls, Falls Park, both Avera and Sanford Hospitals and many other locations. You will have FULL PRIVATE ACCESS to the ENTIRE HOUSE.

Overall is was a nice place to stay! Very clean and organized with adequate amenities. The sheets in the galaxy themed room were very cheap (literally like a garbage bag) with holes and the top sheet would not stay on which made it uncomfortable.

Great house in a nice quiet neighborhood! The hot tub and back yard are very nice and relaxing. Beach towels provided. Beds are super comfortable. The house is close to groceries, event center, fairgrounds, liquor store, etc. The Uber drivers did have trouble finding it sometimes, but that's on them. We had a great weekend in Sioux Falls!

Quick summer trip to Sioux Falls

House worked well as a home base for exploring Sioux Falls and the surrounding area. House is on NW edge of town but roads were never very busy and we could get anywhere within the city within 15 min. The house is on the market for sale, but we were not interrupted from this.

Great setup!

The home was perfect for our stop after the badlands and Mount Rushmore. The basement setup was fantastic to give some separate spaces, the home was clean, and the communication was great.

The place was perfectly described, clean and the owner was so good at communicating all along the way. Very easy and very clean. We stayed one night and it was easy in and easy out.

We absolutely loved this house! The house was SO clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home. My three boys loved the foosball table and hot tub. We were only there for one night on our journey from Georgia to Montana, but wished we could have stayed longer! We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area again. We highly recommend this house!

Just right.

Easy to find. Great access. Nice yard. Quiet neighborhood. Clean house. Comfy beds. Kids had fun catching fire flies. We had a great weekend. The house was a great place to come back to after a long day of activities. When we arrived on Friday night the house was quite warm. The air conditioner didn’t seem to be blowing very hard or cold. Luckily it cooled off outside so we could open some windows and didn’t matter about the AC. Overall wonderful stay.

This was a very clean and very nice house to stay in for four nights! We were quickly able to make it our "home" and it was a great space to relax during our mini-vacation and family wedding. We'd recommend an upgrade to the pots, pans, and mixing bowls available for use. The pots and pans were worn and crummy and we couldn't find a bigger bowl to store our watermelon, so we had to use a pot. We were also a little disappointed that the regular coffee only had one scoop of coffee grounds left in it and there were only two small creamers in the bin. We also ran out of toilet paper mid-stay, so we had to go buy some. The hot tub was nice and our toddler had fun playing with the provided toys. We had fun with the card games and the fact that we could all have our own space either upstairs or down. We appreciated the ease of checking in and checking out with having to do very little to check out. Thanks for a great stay!

Communication was lacking on check-out process and the hard to get ahold of them. There was glass on the back patio that we had to sweep up. Otherwise, overall the house was nice and clean and we had a nice visit.

Great location- cute house!

Perfect house for our weekend getaway. We were looking forward to the hot tub but the cover was broken- and a lot of styrofoam was in it when we arrived. There was some cleanliness issues- dishes and silverware that were not washed, floors not swept; some crumbs around the house. Overall- a good stay and nice to have the family together in a house as opposed to a hotel.

Overall, we were very pleased with this property. It was very clean, well stocked and provided a good amount of space for our family of five. The hot tub was an added bonus! Something to note - check in instructions aren’t communicated until the day of arrival. Not a big deal, but would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. Also, there were no check out instructions, but the host responded timely when ask asked. The only negative was that the heat wasn’t on, which made our mornings chilly. Other than that, it was a great stay and I wouldn’t hesitate staying again!

We have grown our Short-Term Rental portfolio to nine units and have professional managers that assist with our daily activities of operating, maintaining, cleaning and assisting with guests' experience. I live in downtown Sioux Falls and enjoy traveling and have used STRs in place of hotels throughout those travels, including California, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iceland, Germany and France. I find it interesting to see how other hosts setup their spaces and have been a fanatic about architectural design since I was a child.

Why they chose this property

Location, there is a shortage of excellent STRs in the neighborhood and we wanted to provide a great experience in the area. The garage is a key to our success as it is accessible for guests to use for their vehicles.

Guests are also allowed to park in the driveway. There is also an abundance of street parking in front of the property. Uber and LYFT are also available for travel from our area.

What makes this property unique

You will have COMPLETE ACCESS TO THE ENTIRE HOME with HOT TUB! We have a second full kitchen in the lower level off the family room, that has double French doors that open to the outdoor patio. Guests have access to our nicely designed laundry room, and second living area. Enjoy your own comfortable space after a long day of sporting events at the Sanford Sports Complex (Pentagon, Scheels Ice Plex, Sanford Fieldhouse), a fun-filled night of eating-drinking-golfing at Great Shots (similar to Top Golf), or lively event at the Denny Sanford Premier Center.
