Northern Lights Place is truly a home away from home with 3 bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 full bathroom, 2 stall garage, large yard, private hot tub (HOT TUB IS OUT OF SERVICE UNTIL MID MAY), and a great patio/deck. This home is located on the NW side of Sioux Falls within a 5-minute drive from the Sanford Pentagon, Scheels Ice Plex, Great Shots, and Walmart. Quick & easy access of less than a mile off both I-29 & 1-90 will have you to most of Sioux Falls within a 10-minute drive to places including the Denny Sanford Premier Center, Downtown Sioux Falls, Falls Park, both Avera and Sanford Hospitals and many other locations. You will have FULL PRIVATE ACCESS to the ENTIRE HOUSE.

My name is Tracy and I have 2 Airbnb I manage. This one in Sioux Falls and another one in Mitchell, SD. I am happily married for 25 years, and we have 2 boys. Our 23 yr. old is getting ready for his first military deployment and our other son is 20 and works with my husband with a crane company.
Why they chose this property
Guests will have their own separate entrance using the front door which is accessible via a smart lock deadbolt.
Northern Lights-*UPPER UNIT* WITH HOT TUB!!!
The garage is also accessible to guests by entering the property and opening the door to the left of the front entryway. Guests are permitted to park inside of the garage using the dedicated space on the right side of the yellow line painted on the garage floor. The garage door opener is located on the east wall inside of the garage right next to the door. The door to the garage also locks from the inside of the UPPER UNIT for complete privacy for our guests.
Guests are also allowed to park in the driveway on the right side. There is also an abundance of street parking in front of the property. Uber and LYFT are also available for travel from our area.
The back yard and patio are also available for guests use. The back yard is also fully fenced in. This is a SHARED SPACE between our guests and our property manager who lives in the LOWER UNIT, but feel free to utilize the space as your own.
