We had a fantastic stay! There was everything we needed, especially for the babies and more. The host was quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely love to return.
This was our second year staying here. We knew how much we enjoyed the first visit, we wanted to come back.Their was 10 of us and we never felt crowded. The house was extremly clean and welcoming. Beds very comfortable, every necessity for preparing our meals to entertainment. Pool table and ping pong table was the main attraction. Out door seating was very nice. Fishing from the dock and bing conveniently close to Nashville was a plus. Thanks for a nice week.
This property was used as a gathering place for family members attending a weekend reunion (at a separate location). We had the house for 11 nights and it was a great place from which to come and go all around the Nashville area. The house was spacious, appropriately decorated as a lake house retreat, and the kitchen was very well appointed!! Loved the separate rec room garage and living space downstairs. Overall, we accommodated three family branches and ages 4-75. Check-in and out very easy and smooth. Linens and towels plentiful and beds comfortable. Our only criticisms are that the rugs have seen better days and kitchen cabinet fronts need a thorough cleaning. Easy enough to fix and just a matter of some attention. A suggestion would be to have a drop-down ladder on the dock. Yes, we would rent again. Thanks.
Had a great stay. Property is clean and updated, had everything we wanted and more. About 30 - 40 minutes from Nashville, which was convenient. Very quiet neighborhood.
Property had serious attention to detail, tons of things to do and a perfect spot for vacation, I’ve rented a lot of houses and this was by far the best overall! Game room in garage is genius!!!
House lived up to all expectations!Neighborhood was wonderful. Host was very gracious in giving us a late checkout due to flight delay. Kitchen was Will stocked with everything needed for cooking. Thank you so very much!!
Great home with lots of indoor and outdoor activities for all ages. Very spacious for 3 families (12 total people). Easy access to local restaurants, grocery stores and boat rental. Owner communication was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about this property.
Lots of space. Well stocked, only thing missing was wine glasses so we bought a pack and left them for the next guests! Many activities to keep you occupied. Would love to come back and visit during warmer months. Deer everywhere! Easy drive into Nashville.
The owners thought of everything for this stay. Things to do on rainy days or when the weather is nice. Beds are comfortable and accommodations made for all of you need to gather in a big space or retreat to solitude. Loved this house and location.
This home is beautiful! Located just outside of Nashville, this lake front property has it all! A dock for your boat, kayaks and canoes, fire pit with tons of great outdoor amenities, updates through out the entire house, lovely kitchen, amazing game room, and incredible views! Jonny was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with! We so enjoyed our stay!
Great stay, was able to do all the activities we wanted. Spider city outside. Probably due to being on the lake but outdoors it was an issue. Otherwise great stay.
We enjoyed our stay. The house was well stocked with basics and had a great amount of activities to do for all ages. We enjoyed the lake for fishing and boating while using the boat slip to dock our 2 wave runners. We played pool, ping pong and connect 4 in the evenings. Such a great time, we had no complaints. The only suggestion we have is a ladder off the dock so you can easily enter the lake to swim or float.
Excellent lake home with ample space for two families to enjoy a weeks stay. Kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking during our stay. Outdoor area was also well appointed with plenty of seating on both the upper and lower levels.
Kids absolutely loved the large game room with their own tv. We brought our boat and enjoyed all that Old Hickory lake has to offer. Home is conveniently located within minutes of Spencer Camp Creek boat launch .
Already planning our next visit and cannot wait to stay.
My husband and I and another couple came to Nashville but wanted to stay away from the city. We were so pleased with the home. It had more than we utilized. We did fish from the dock with fishing poles provided. It was a perfect choice ..fous.us.us.Quieneighborhood.
