This was a great place for a large family gathering! Great amenities like the game room, theater, pool and spa in a nice neighborhood with a small waterpark! The chairs in the game room have lots of wear and a few other cosmetic issues, but overall very nice space for a family vacation! Plenty of room for everyone! We would stay here again!

House is huge. Very clean and has a lot of extras. The game room is great. Movie room is awesome. House was clean and had everything you need in the kitchen. We had a blast. Check in was super easy. Check out was super easy and simple. Host was super response and helped out quickly when I left my keys. Didn’t even make fun of me when somehow I left them…………in the dishwasher. If you stay here you won’t be disappointed. We will be staying again

The home was as described. Loved the design. We all had room to stretch out. Loved pool and Spa. Loved communication with the host. All issues were resolved. Only issue the wi Fi was spotty in the neighborhood. Everyone was walking looking for a connection. Will rent this home again. Lady DOA

PROS: The property has a lot of room with a large kitchen for cooking. The paint job was really fun and it has a large dining table for a big group.CONS: It was not made clear that basic supplies ARE NOT included. (be prepared to buy your own trash bags, cascade, dish soap, papertowels, toilet paper, clorox wipes or cleaning products, laundry supplies & to bring your own shampoo / soap)The pans were all in bad shape with the nonstick coating peeling badly, (I walked to Target to buy a skillet for our week stay). There was 1 pizza pan but no cookie sheets. No foil or parchment. (hopefully the boxes we left will remain for future guests).Also, several plug-ins did not work and I made the home-owner aware.I would stay there again, but would be prepared to order things that are normally provided when I stay at rental properties.

We do provide starter-size supplies of paper products, trash bags, dish soap, laundry supplies, and basic toiletries for guests to get started. For longer stays, especially with larger groups, guests may need to replenish those items as they would in their own home. We’ll take another look at how this is communicated in the listing so expectations are clearer. We also appreciate you bringing the concerns about the cookware and outlets to our attention. We’ll be checking the pans and addressing the outlets, as we want everything to be in good working order for our guests. Thanks again for staying with us and for the helpful feedback. My complaints are the pool was filthy with bugs. We spent a couple of hours cleaning the pool. Also don’t pay for heating, the serví is spotty and you can only heat the pool or the spa at one time, so paying for both is useless.

Wonderful stay

The house was wonderful and spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. Three families each with 2 young kids (ages 4-8) had a fantastic time and would recommend. The community water park with slides and lazy river was a definite plus!

We had 8 people and everyone enjoyed the space immensely. Location is 20 minutes away from all parks. Jennifer was outstanding in her support of everything we needed. The game room and theater room was perfect after a day at the parks.

Spacious house with perfect location

House was perfect for a large family reunion. Plenty of space for us to be together or spread out when needed. The movie room and game room were a huge hit. The resort pool provided a ton of fun also. Location was perfect. Close to all the attractions in Orlando.
