Une très belle maison mais.....

Couple sans enfants mai 2023 Points positifs Très très calme, spacieux, bien décoré, propre, électroménager de qualité, très belle vue , pas de nuisances aux alentour. Chauffage très efficace mais pas de poêle à granules (décoratif ne fonctionne pas) Accueil parfait lessive,dose lave-vaisselle, sac poubelle, savon à dispo Réactivité du contact, possibilité d'entrer un peu plus tôt dans les lieux. Points négatifs En fait il s'agit de deux maisons côte à côte qui ne communiquent pas. Accès un peu difficile Parfait pour aller à Dubrovnik. Equipements manquants : cafetière, pas de grille pain ,pas de micro-ondes, mobilier de jardin médiocre au regard du reste de la maison. Un lit très bruyant dans une des chambres, Route très étroite pour rejoindre la maison Pas d'auvent pour prendre le petit-déjeuner à l'ombre (possibilité sous les arbres) Ensemble favorable avec une maison qui avec peu d'efforts peut atteindre 5 étoiles.
