We had stayed at Majestic Sun a few weeks before for a Topeka Live event and preferred this property. Lower price and much newer, better appointed, better (and heated) pools, quieter, cleaner. I've stayed at Ariel Dunes II before and love the location. For food there's Whale's Tale, Cabana Cafe, Acme Oyster and 2 Birds for breakfast. All excellent choices or cook in on the great appliances and cookware available in the rental unit. Lots of beach accessories and comfortable seats on the balcony. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Family Vacation!

The condo was wonderful and we had a fabulous family vacation! There was plenty of space for all of us and we had the feel of being really close to the water because of the amazing view!
