Spacious and clean. Steps from the beach with Carlsbad village being super close allows for quick walkable trips. Being on the second level allows for great views and privacy. Love the assigned parking. Each room has an A/C unit: very nice. This will likely be our yearly location for beach trips.

The house is a little dated like a New Jersey sea shore house which is just fine for me.Great view of the ocean and sunset. The only thing I would recommend would be to update the beach chairs. The age or wear seems to be overlooked. I will likely rent again.

This property was in the perfect location for beach and downtown Carlsbad access. It was clean and spacious and my family really enjoyed our stay here. Definitely will stay there again.
