"3/4 Time" is a pet-friendly beach home with wonderful outdoor space and a short walk to the white-sand beach. The home is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 1500 square feet of living space, accommodating up to 8 guests. This home is located on the North end of Cape San Blas, less than 1.2 mile to the St. Joseph's Peninsula State Park. The home is a 24-minute drive to Port St. Joe and a 2-minute drive to St. Joseph's Peninsula State Park. Enjoy the Gulf breeze from the large deck, relax by the private pool, or sit by the firepit at this new construction home.

¾ Time = Stay Away ¾ Time = Stay Away You pay for full time but only get ¾ time

Pros: The house was relatively new and well equipped. Cons: Location: The house is located 27 feet from a dirt road. There are three other houses located on the road, two in front and one behind. During our stay the three other houses were under construction. Constant noise: hammering, sawing, workers yelling in Spanish. Constant traffic: Semi trucks, Cement trucks, countless pickup trucks and trailers. It began at 8:00 a.m. and didn’t quite until dark. Beach Access: You walk 350 yards to a staircase that leads to the beach. Another 150 yards to the water. 500 yards total. During our stay we had to dodge all the trucks and workers that were there. We ended up going to the public beach. Television: There is no local TV. It is Internet TV which means you will need a user name password for any of its services: Netflix, Showtime, HBO Max etc. I have all of these. The problem is that the internet here is a dsl connection with a max speed of 6.89 mbp seconds. It requires a speed of 10 mbp seconds to effectively steam TV content. It works but you will wait a long time for things to catch up. The owner: The owner stopped by once. He informed us that he owned the house. . I questioned the constant noise/traffic of local construction: He replied “Oh well”. Then he informed me that workers would be there next Thursday to put a fence around the swimming pool and that we might want to leave for the day. No regard for the fact that we rented the property.

We enjoyed our stay! A beautiful new construction right at the State Park entrance in Cape San Blas. Short walk to the beach, which was beautiful & clean as well! We WILL be back!

Spacious and Enjoyable

What a wonderful time we had staying at 3/4 Time Vacation Home! The home was open and roomy … quiet and convenient to the beach. … the deck was a great gathering space … the extra thick towels and roomy showers made showering fun … everything was comfortable with lots of windows as well … the appliances are too notch … The proximity to the State Park and other neighborhoods made bicycle riding fun and Safe … the proximity to two local cafes allowed for easy decisions to order take out … I will definitely consider staying again especially with the attention to detail and ease of scheduling and follow up service from the rental agency …
