You have selected a clean, tastefully decorated villa with a relaxing ocean view! This unit is bright and airy and very convenient to both the beach and the pool. Is perfect for a romantic or small family getaway or if you're looking for an escape but still need the ability to work remotely. The sleek design will catch your eye and the cleanliness and convenience will keep you coming back!

This villa has a new queen mattress and new bedding, new dresser and lots of closet space!

There are 2 Smart TV's, one in the Bedroom and one in the Living Room, with cable access and the ability to log into your favorite streaming service.

The workspace has two new full-size desks with comfortable office chairs and 440 Mbps Super High Speed WIFI (secured). The desks can be arranged as desired, either straight, L-shaped or together as a dining table.

The fully stocked kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, range, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, Ninja blender, crock pot and toaster.

The villa also offers an ironing board and iron, hair dryer and a makeup mirror.

The outdoor balcony is great for dinners, drinks, coffee or just relaxing and taking in the view!

We also provide two beach chairs and a small cooler for a relaxing day at the beach or take our two bikes out for a long ride on one of the island's many bike paths!

This is an ocean front, gated complex with convenient parking, a pool, laundry facilities on every floor, an elevator, luggage carts, direct beach access, BBQ grill area with picnic tables, outdoor shower area and a large sundeck that overlooks the ocean.

This villa is walking distance to the popular Coligny Area with restaurants, live entertainment, shopping, a grocery store and the new Low Country Celebration Park.

There is a minimum age of 25 to rent the condo.

No smoking is allowed.

No pets are allowed ($500 per day fine)

Amazing stay

Heidi and Nicole we're so responsive and accomodating leading up to the stay by giving great recommendations on how to get from the airport to the condo. In the days before we arrived they told us everything we needed to know about accessing the property. Everything during the stay was lovely and the property is in an amazing location. Would definitely stay again.

My stay!!

My wife and I had an excellent stay at this location. We were celebrating my wife's birthday. Heidi (owner) and husband was always available to assist us as needed. Will definitely be back next year, highly recommend!!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was super clean and in a great location. Very close to the beach which is what we wanted. Very nice balcony. We didn’t have the best weather so didn’t get to use the bikes (another plus we’d chosen this property for). Towels could definitely use an upgrade and I’m glad we brought our own toiletries as the samples left wouldn’t last a day, but overall, we were very pleased with our stay even with all the rain.

Weekend Getaway

This property was nice and as advertised. You are only steps from the beach. It is in a great location and within walking distance or bike ride to Coligny. A couple of things that need attention, the linens and pillows could use an update. The towels have been well used and the pillows are very flat. There also needs to be a little more attention to detail to cleaning especially in the bathroom. Otherwise this is a nice condo in a great location for a weekend getaway.

Enjoyed my stay and weekend visit to Hilton Head. Was somewhat surprised that I had to reach out to the property manager to request specific check-in and check-out details. Was expecting this info to be automatically sent within 24 hours of my arrival and departure.

Wonderful condo

Wonderful condo with easy access to the beach shops and food. Good pool. Had amenities for the beach or a rainy day. They made it convenient to get in and out. It was clean and quiet. There weren’t sheets for the pull out sofa.

Great stay for Wedding Anniversary

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was perfect size for the 2 of us. The villa is in a great location and in walking distance to some good restaurants and shops at Coligny Beach. The Villa was clean and the check in process was very simple. Any questions we had were promptly answered by Nicole. We loved having the bikes to ride on the beach. The villa and our trip to Hilton Head was a great way for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

Great location but just okay

The location was perfect. Easy to get to the beach and shops. The room itself was just okay. There were spots that were missed during cleaning. There were no beach towels as it stated in the listing. Some of the vertical blinds were missing panels and the beach chairs had mold/mildew. The owner responded quickly in the app but no one ever came to fix the problems.

Villa 141

Our stay was okay, nothing spectacular. Concerns for the villa was mold in the bathroom behind the toilet and on the ceiling. AC unit does not cool down the back bedroom, we purchased a fan to help with the flow of air. TV’s were not working properly and multiple remotes that didn’t work. Location is great and easy access to beach and pool. Walking distance to local plaza with food and shops.

Sofa bed and fan

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress was very lumpy and the springs on the bed squeaked very loud when you barely moved. The person in the other bedroom could hear. You may want to check the fan in the entrance room if you turned the fan on the light stayed on therefore making the room very stuffy at night. Besides these two things we loved the location and decor.

Honeymoon on the Island

The condo was just as described and reflected the images. The ammenities provided like cooler, beach chairs, tupperware, and bikes was nice. Location is right on the beach and very convenient. Check-in process was simple, but very inconvenient to have to drive to an off-site location to pickup a keyfob which we never needed or used. Overall the unit was clean. However, the floors were dirty and left my feet black after walking around. The glassware in cabinets and silverware was not very clean and I had to wash kitchen items before use. Safety concerns include parking passes of other renters with their name and date of stay present for all guests staying for the month. Overall, it was a lovely trip and we enjoyed our stay. It was a great value for the money and we would book this unit again.

Long weekend getaway

We stayed 4 nights, checking in on Wednesday and departing on Sunday. We found the unit to be pretty much as described: right on the beach and within easy walking distance of Coligny Square, with several restaurants, stores, live music, and a great ice cream shop! The only caution I would note is that the unit is rather small. Though it technically can sleep 4 (fold-out couch), I think 2 people would be about right. The unit itself would be quite cramped for 4 people, in my opinion. We had a couple of issues while we were there: 1) Directions had us going by the housecleaning company to obtain a fob to gain access to the entry gate of the condo complex; however, the fob wasn't where it was supposed to be. Ends up we didn't need it anyway because the entry gate was propped open, apparently for maintenance reasons, for the entire time we were there. So it didn't really matter but it was quite confusing for the first 30 minutes of our arrival. 2) One of the attractions of the unit for us were the 2 bicycles that belonged to the unit. We found them parked in the bike rack as indicated; however, one of the bikes had a flat tire that wouldn't hold air (there is an air compressor onsite at the complex). I notified the owner that evening and she had someone fix it the next morning, so we were able to enjoy the bikes during the remainder of our stay. Kudos to them for doing that! Overall, we had a great time there and enjoyed the property.

My husband, David, and I reside permanently in Centerville, Ohio where we operate a design/photography studio. We have been in love with Hilton Head since we first visited 10 years ago. We purchased our first Seaside Villa in 2016 and just recently purchased a second unit. As regular visitors, we love to kayak, photograph the beautiful sunrises and wildlife, and are constantly making new friends here. In May of 2020, my husband proposed to me while vacationing here and we were married at a nearby beachfront resort in October, 2021....so many great memories with friends and family. :)
