Kanab Vacation Destination 3Bd2Ba "Value Seekers"

Be our Guest at our Casita conveniently located in downtown Kanab for up to 6 Guests.  Newly renovated and  walking distance to food shopping and restaurants, and all the attractions in downtown Kanab. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, 1 Bath and kitchen / dining area on the ground floor and downstairs has a pass through bedroom with 2 twin beds (that could be made into a king size bed).  Downstairs also a bathroom and a queen size bed in a private bedroom.  
 As you know Bryce and Zion National Parks are close by.  Lake Powell and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon are also less than 2 hours away. If you have a larger group there is a 5 bedroom 3 Ba that sleeps 10. There is also a 2 bedroom 1 Ba option that sleeps 4. Message us for details on these options. There is plenty of off street parking for your safety and convenience.

The host was very responsive and great to deal with. The house was clean and had all the amenities. They also let us stay with our dog which was great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great place for busy Kabab visit

We recently stayed 4 nights at this duplex while volunteering at Best Friends and hiking at Zion. It was a very functional, clean, quiet place for our family of three with our small dog. We enjoyed walking downtown as well as having a grocery store right across the street. Communication was quick and photos are accurate. We’d definitely stay again when we come to Kanab.

Location, Location

The location was a good mid-point to the slot canyons (Red Hollow, Cottonwood Narrows, Wire Pass, Toadstool). The property provided ample space for four. We had everything we needed for the three-night stay. The kitchen was modern and well appointed. Will definitely stay here again.

We recently purchased an older home with a wonderfully convenient location and completely renovated this home so we could explore the area and be closer to our family who live in Utah. This home is well equipped with all that you will need to have a comfortable stay while in the area. This is a very clean and comfortable home with all new furnishings, floor covers and appliances etc. We hope our Guests will make wonderful memories with their families and friends at our home.

Why they chose this property

It is very central easy to find and a 3 min walk to grocery shopping and many restaurants. It also has a lot of options for groups of 10 people or for a couple.

What makes this property unique

This home has a total of 5 Bdrms and 3 Ba and 2 Kitchens and could be used for a larger group. There can also be a 2 bedroom and a 3 bedroom option instead. It is new remodeled and updated and in a perfect location to walk to restaurants and stores.
It is a short 2 hr drive to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, 80 min to Lake Powell, 90 min to Bryce and 45 min to Zion National Park. There are also a lot of exciting and memorable adventures to be had close by like Peek-a-Boo Canyon, Jackson Flats Reservoir and many other great destinations. There is off street parking and new AC so you can rest and recover from your adventures.
We invite you to use the back yard BBQ and the Fire Pit if you like while staying with us. We hope that you will create some wonderful memories with our family and take good care of our home for us.
