Sneak away for a peaceful get away at a cozy seasonal(no heat) cottage in Cobbett's Pond area. Short walk to private Pine Terrace community beach. Great for paddle boarding and swimming. 3 bedroom, 1 bath (cottage rules for flushing) ideal for a family to enjoy some relaxing fun. Located in Pine Terrace private community. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. No functions or parties. There is also ring door bells that were put at both doors for security measures. Seasonal Cottage so there is no heat.

Great family vacation!

Our family loved our time here. The location was amazing with lots to do and a one minute walk to the beach. The house was great and Alissa was very kind and responsive to emails. The check in process was flawless and they provided all the information we needed about the property and surrounding area. Totally recommend this for families!

Hockey getaway on the lake!

This was a perfect house for us while in town for a hockey tournament. The owners were great to deal with and the house was as described and loaded with anything you could need. This was so much better then a loud hotel with small rooms. We come up each year and hope to stay again. Highly recommended.

Rented this space to stay the night before my wedding and get ready the next morning! It was great! Very cute calm space to get ready in! Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space of us and all our stuff! Only tricky part were the roads coming in- once we figured that out everything was amazing!!! Host had good communication and was very friendly!

Sweet place

This house has a big kitchen/living room and comfy beds. Not drinking the well water was odd-would be nice if the water provided was in glass and more plentiful. Also the paddle board was broken which was a bummer but the owner was very responsive and worked with us to make up for that. It’s a sweet cottage.

Lovely house right by the lake.

We had a brief but comfortable visit. The house was immaculately clean, all very new. Our daughter and her girlfriend had fun on the lake with the provided paddleboards. The kitchen was well set up and we had no trouble cooking. All in all, a lovely place with a relaxing atmosphere.
