This is the beach getaway you’ve been looking for! Ocean views await you and your family at "Nash’s Landing”!
Enjoy your morning coffee or family dinners on the deck while relaxing to the sound of the waves rolling in. Sunrise views from this home cannot be beat!
This 3 bedroom (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twin), 2 bath home has room for your perfect beach vacation. And, if needed, the living room has 2 standard size futons for extra sleeping space.
WiFi is included with the stay, and will be fast enough for TV and tablet streaming, as well as remote work.
The neighborhood has private and direct beach access for a 1 minute golf cart ride or short walk out the front door.
** Please note, internet on the peninsula is very bad. Additionally, during a busy weekend cellular data may not work. However, we pay for premium Starlink internet at our home, and our WiFi is fast enough for most purposes. If you are comparing to another property around Crystal Beach/Bolivar that does not mention Starlink, assume the internet will be non-functional.
** Please note, for security purposes there is a doorbell camera installed at the top of the stairs. It can only monitor the stairs and a small area of the front deck.

Load the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Leave all ceiling fans on during the summer.

Bag and place all trash in the garbage cans in the bin by the street. Please do not place any trash that is not in a trash bag in these cans. Trash is collected on Monday and Thursday.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No smoking is allowed in our home. Due to cost of required air treatment, there will be an ADDITIONAL $225 cleaning fee for smoking violation.

Great location, very nice neighborhood, great walk from the beach. House was clean, beds were comfortable. Living room couches were uncomfortable. There were a few spots in the floor that were scary when you stepped on them, by the front door near the bar and in the master bedroom bathroom. But over all we had an awesome stay.

We had a wonderful time here. The cabin is beautiful and SO clean. You can tell it’s well loved and felt like home from the start. Comfy bed was much appreciated and I wish we could have stayed a little longer.

The location of the property is excellent. Just a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is nice. Everything was very clean. But the pictures for the property were obviously taken awhile ago. The property needs some TLC. Especially the floors. There are raised planks, holes, and many soft spots where the floor sinks in. The primary bathroom either has a leak or sustained one in the past because that is where the floor was at its worst.

Our trip couldn’t have been more perfect! Spotless, well furnished, stocked with all the linen and dishes that are as good as home. Large front porch with beach views! Thoroughly enjoyed with my sister and twin grandsons. Made some memories!
