The cottage is just steps from the beach, golf course and a short distance to restaurants and shops. Fairview cottage is located off of Beach Ave., and is approximately 200 yards from Mothers Beach, KBIA and the Webhannet golf course. The home has been professionally decorated with three bedrooms, one bath, living room, kitchen, flat screen TV’s, sonos sound system.

The three bedroom house sleeps 6: master bedroom has a King bed, addditional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with twin beds. There is also a washer/dryer, dishwasher, outdoor grill, flat screens tv and high speed wireless internet throughout.

Parking passes for Kennebunk beach are also provided as well beach chairs and a wagon to bring your stuff to the beach.

Great place for three longtime friends to stay

Three college friends, who met 40 years ago had a great weekend at Fairview cottage! We enjoyed the proximity to beaches, and the great area to walk. The three bedrooms had very comfortable beds which we enjoyed! It was a great visit and hope to return!

Mother’s Day getaway

Spent the weekend with both of my adult daughters. The cottage is cute and very comfortable. I loved being able to walk to the beach. The location is very quiet and close to dining and shopping.
