- One of the features that makes this home so special is the fact that it has a huge, very wide, wrap around balcony that provides you with 360 degree water views. It's truly a "decompression chamber"... sets the perfect environment for all the stress from everyday life to literally melt away & turn the "vacation mode" on.
- Each bedroom has a smart TV.
- All the beds have brand new Sealy PosturePedic pillow top mattresses for extra comfort to promote a restful & rejuvenating sleep.
- The kitchen is a cook's dream! It has 2 kitchen sinks, a 14 ft island & high end stainless steel appliances. The bar sits 9 people very comfortably & there's a sliding door that takes you right out to the balcony w/ stunning water views. - There's a 70" smart TV in the kitchen, ideal to watch sports or your favorite TV show while hanging out in the kitchen.
- 3 dining tables; one in the main floor, one out in the balcony w/ spectacular water views & one dining table outside in the patio for "al fresco" dining.

When you choose the 8 or 6 hr trip, we would take you to an island that is only accessible by boat. It is truly one of the most beautiful uninhabited islands in Florida that is enjoyed exclusively by boaters. The pristine natural beauty of the island is breathtaking and the sandbars make for large swimming areas with clear shallow water, ideal for adults and children to play. The sand is a wonderful white hard packed sand that's in just a few feet of water. You can bring your own food and beverages which make it one of the most unique experiences in all of metro Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater.

It's an unforgettable trip aboard one of the most beautiful yachts in Clearwater. This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience at a tiny fraction of the cost of a typical Yacht Day Charter.
