Everything is exactly as listed and pictured and extremely clean! The outdoor area, especially, was bigger than I was expecting. My daughter and I were the only occupants so it was way bigger than what we needed, but a family would find the property quite spacious and the outdoor area can easily accommodate a larger group of travelers. The pool is fantastic, even though it is unheated! Beds were comfy and plenty of towels and linens available. Nearly every room has extra items for leisure activitites...books, games, etc. Kitchen is well stocked and well equipped. VERY QUIET neighborhood. Wifi was speedy and dependable. Communicating with the host was easy and efficient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Can’t say enough about this property. Going to PHX in August is a little crazy (HOT!) but this property made our stay perfect. Bedrooms are big with great furnishings and comfortable beds. Living space is inviting and perfect for families. But what made is tolerable was the pool. Perfection. We had a great time cooling off in the pool and making memories with our family. Thank you for a stay that felt like home away from home. We hope to visit again.

Our stay was great. The property is in a great location, close to everything. Very clean and accommodating. We didn't get to use the pool, but the pool area is beautiful. Kelly is an amazing host. Will stay there longer next time

Super clean, very well maintained property. Great pool and backyard. Everything was more well-designed, cleaner and maintained that even the beautiful pictures shown. The host, Kelly, was incredibly communicative and available. Highly suggest this property and will DEFINITELY stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Gemini house. It was definitely a home away from home. The house was clean and spacious. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. The host was amazing. She was readily available whenever I had questions. My family and I even locked ourselves out and she was there in twenty minutes to let us in. If you traveling to Tempe definitely stay at the Gemini house.

Gorgeous vacation rental in a quiet neighbourhood but close to everything you need. Loved the outdoor space and pool area. It is well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Well designed interior. Would definitely recommend.

We had an extended stay at this property during construction on our home in Chandler. Kelly was an excellent hostess. She responded to any concerns we had in a very timely manner.We absolutely love this neighborhood. Kelly was great to work with. The location and amenities were just what we needed to help us with college move in. Theres plenty of room for 6 adults. So if you’re looking for great value and proximity to ASU this is perfect.

Loved our Stay

Our family had a great time staying at Modern GEM. The quiet neighborhood felt very safe and everything we needed was nearby. The location provided the perfect jumping off point for several day trips and activities. It was also nice to be able to come home and enjoy the pool and covered patio as a family. We will definitely plan to stay here again.
